Every aspect was absolutely amazing, from the service to the whole experience itself, all well considered and worth the money. All of the staff members were extremely genuine and considerate of visitor’s comfort and the breakfast had a great variety with delicious pastries. The experience of riding bikes across the island and swimming in the private pool (which was beautiful, right outside was the ocean) is a memory we will never forget. Just like a dream. Overall, would come again!

I can confidently say that my time here was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the time I reluctantly departed, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The breakfast spread at SAii Lagoon Maldives was nothing short of extraordinary. There were countless options to choose from, catering to every palate and dietary preference. The freshly baked pastries, tropical fruits, made-to-order omelettes and crepes, and the fresh guava juice were just a few highlights of the mouthwatering breakfast buffet. The attentive and friendly staff made sure that every guest had a delightful start to their day, leaving no room for disappointment. The location of the resort is a true slice of paradise. Nestled in the crystal-clear waters of the Maldives, SAii Lagoon offers breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. The pristine white sandy beaches and the vibrant coral reefs right at your doorstep make it a haven for nature enthusiasts and beach lovers. Whether you choose to relax on the beach or explore the underwater world, you'll find yourself immersed in pure serenity and beauty. Being a mere 15-minute boat ride away from the airport was a major plus. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me when choosing accommodation, and SAii Lagoon Maldives excelled in this aspect. The entire resort was immaculately maintained, from the rooms to the public areas. The housekeeping staff took great pride in their work, ensuring that every corner was spotless and every detail was attended to. This commitment to cleanliness truly elevated the overall experience, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Having said all of that, I will just add that the staff at SAii Lagoon Maldives were the true stars of the resort. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the personalized service throughout my stay, every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest.

excellent rooms and very friendly staff. very clean and family friendly. my kids had a blast and so did myself and my wife… food options were great and atmosphere was super good. everyday activities were activities to keep the kids and adults busy and having a great time. I loved the idea of 3 islands in 1… enjoyed the bicycle rides around the 3 islands / facilities. I also loved the idea of being to do some small shopping in the marina / hard rock store… and the many restaurant options across the 2 hotels and the crossroad marina. I also have to mention Mr. Carlton (f & b manager) who was such a welcoming manager at all restaurants in the hotel… very helpful and made it his mission to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy!! overall it was a super vacation and I strongly recommend hard rock hotel to anyone looking to go to the Maldives… especially family groups!!

Everything was amazing and went smoothly since we landed in Velana Airport and upon leaving the resort. Everyone was helpful and always smiling. All the staff are just spreading good vibes all throughout. The island was really beautiful and our stay was indeed the most epic days of our life. Job well done to Ozen Life Maadhoo team. We had the best-ever family holiday in Taj Exotica. The best check-in experience where we were taken direct from boat to our villa. The ocean villa itself was breathtakingly amazing. We had fruit, chocolates and drinks waiting for us in the room. My kids had absolutely nothing to complain about which is the highest level of praise in our family. The food was amazing with a large menu. The island itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of sandy white beaches and a massive lagoon around it. We had very choppy boat rides both in and out of the resort and it was raining for half of the stay but we still had the time of our lives. We also had a stay at a different resort right before coming to Taj where I am a Platinum member but the experience at Taj made our previous stay feel ordinary. Based on our stay in 2 other resorts, I would recommend Taj Exotica to anyone visiting Maldives for the first time. It provides the complete package and the full Maldives experience. Both beach villas and ocean villas are nice but if you have to pick one, go with an ocean villa. I had doubts about spending so much money on one holiday and many others will do too. However, the cost and the logistics are totally worth it. If you are in doubt or considering other cheaper options, my advice is to stop your search and go ahead with Taj. Every staff member was super-friendly. Special thanks to Aika, Nadeem, Haneef and the lady (unable to recall her name) who checked us in for making this a memorable experience. Without a doubt, this was the best resort experience and I highly recommend it. Worth every penny!

From the moment we got off the boat transfer we were made to feel special, our host Jenny looked after us straight away. Jenny took us for a guided tour of the island, explained to us about the restaurants and any special events happening that week, if we needed to book any other restaurants we just had to text her, and she sorted it out. We were staying in a deluxe over water villa, the room was fantastic, very well equipped, and well laid out. The villa has direct access to the sea as well as very comfortable sun beds and a day bed. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the rooms is very poor to the point of non-existent, I would expect better in a hotel of this standard. The quality and variety of food in the restaurants was amazing, we especially liked Baan Huraa and Cumin. There was an excellent variety of food available for breakfast, we loved the fresh fruit and pastry we were given while we waited to choose our breakfast. We booked the beach BBQ for one night, although this isn’t covered by the food package it was well worth the money. The food was amazing, the location, atmosphere and music made it one of our best nights of the holiday. We also loved Dhoni bar, we had lunch there most days, we were always served by Faz, who deserves a special mention. She always greeted us with a smile, a cold drink and cold towel. The bar man Champika also deserves a special mention, he would always have drink on the bar for us. If there wasn’t a cocktail on the menu my wife liked Champika would look it up and make it for her. We took out the drinks package for the 7 days we were there, I would strongly recommend taking this option for peace of mind. The beach was really well kept, the sunbeds were well spaced apart, each sunbed had a button for you to order drinks on the beach. The whole holiday experience was magical, and we will certainly be returning as soon as we can.
