Everyone from the owners Eric and Sophie to all the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. They made it so hard for us to leave. We really enjoyed our vacation and we will for sure go back there. Thank you to all of the Lodges staff and a big thank you to Eric and Sophie for make our trip a memorable one. We will always remember this holiday.

We really liked this place. All the rooms have a balcony and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. And the the staff was wonderful. We can really recommend Mahi Mahi.

The One Resort Zanzibar has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and garden in Makunduchi. This 4-star hotel offers a private beach area, a concierge service and free WiFi. First and foremost, we loved the service of the staff at the Resort. They are always cheerful, helpful and without prejudice. I would love to take the long list of all the names of the staff here, had I had more space.😊Second, the resort had all facilities for a family to spend time leisurely. Special mention to the evening entertainment for all and activities to keep kids of all ages involved. Third, they took special note of our anniversary and really went their out to make it a special day for us as a couple and as a family too. Fourth, the variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, especially for us as vegetarians is commendable. They include starters, salads, variety of main course dishes, soups, desserts, fruit juices and smoothies, breads and toppings, pancakes and a lot more. Special shoutout to the Chocolate Lava Cake and Mango Passionfruit Smoothie. Last but not least, the cleanliness and the beauty of the rooms and the resort, the location next to the beach and the variety of fruits and desserts available to eat all deserve a wholesome applause.
