Filipa and Vitório are outstanding hosts. They are extremely kind, helpful and so happy to share information and give advice. The property has a terrace that provides an excellent view of Mt. Pico. The best sandy beach on Faial, Almoxarife, is nearby. The apartments are well-equipped and perfectly clean. Having access to the extensive garden and outdoor grill is a huge bonus. I absolutely recommend Quinta do Torcaz and definitely hope to come back again soon.

We will stay in Dabneys apartment every time we visit Faial from now on. The apartment and facilities were exceptional and everything we could have ever asked to have a wonderful family vacation. The place is design in a very efficient and clean way which makes the stay with a child really easy. Very close to everything you need from the port, restaurants and bank. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you once again!!!

It is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The lady that welcomed me, I believe she cleans the rooms aswell, was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The old pictures on the wall of Horta and Faial are a nice touch. It is in easy walking distance from Porto Pim (beach), much less convenient from the ferry.

Clean, spacious apartment with great view. Excellent location and value for money. The best beds we had during our 2 weeks Azores island hopping holiday. Special thanks to Sandra for pre ordering us a taxi from the port to airport when we missed our ferry back to Faial from Pico!

The apartment is comfortable, clean and it is well equipped. The area where the apartment is located is nice and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. Definitely this apartment will be my first option in my next visit to Faial!

Very nice apartment just a short drive from Horta and a perfect base for exploring Faial. Beds were super comfortable and the apartment was clean and pretty, Definitely recommended!

The location of this charming apartment can not be beat. Located in the Porto Pim Bay Area of Horta is a perfect place to enjoy Horta and everything magical on Faial.

Perfectly located fully equipped apartment in the heart of Horta, great place to travel Faial from. Although it is located in the city, it is quite and beautiful.

everything was perfect, the views, the people, the breakfast, the room. will definitely be staying here again. Prices for this hotel are so cheap i could not believe what i got for only £50

Outstanding location, peaceful and calm, beautiful garden

The cleanest place I have ever been! Spacious, nicely decorated, super equipped kitchen and amazing view from the terrace. The host gave us many many tips for visiting the island and the possible hikes in the area. It might be considered slightly far from the Horta bay but there is a very good family restaurant near by and some shops for groceries, even a cheese factory (Omorro) at walking distance.

This property was clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the cafe, and food delivery to our apartment. The location was very convenient to shopping, and to the Horta Marina and museums and sights.

Swimming pool, pool table, and all the other equipments are great. Temperature and shape and having it for oursleves was super fun. The house is very big and has everything we needed. We felt at home. People were really nice to us. A great place to be in Faial.

Great breakfast in own pastry shop downstairs - especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and selection of sweet pastries. Very close to ferry terminal - 10 minute walk, in a quiet area yet close to main part of town
