Very helpful staff, if you have a problem or question they will take care of it. They talk to you and offer advice on your daily activities, they called 4-5 different places to get us a good deal on a canue renting. Nice pool and the garden very well maintained. The laguna is 5 min walk. You wont be sorry if you stay here. Thak you for having us.

Located in Playa del Carmen, 8.8 km from Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal, Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking,... I have put some thoughts before writing this review.. the thing is this is probably one of the best resorts in the world! I mean it’s not ultra fancy, perfect nor it is for everyone, but I think it’s for most of people out there. It’s new, eco friendly, massive, clean, organized, locally focused, Mexican in heart with amazing food and drinks and gives access to all xcaret brand parks and facilities (besides casa de la playa, the most exclusive one). In a lot of ways it improves the already good Xcaret Mexico hotel (the first one). Indeed 3 years ago I have stayed in Xcaret Mexico hotel and besides the obvious absence of children in this one I founded the service much better overall, the refinement improved, the materials although similar are newer and feel more modern and stylish. I really appreciated the scent change in bath amenities, much better than in the previous hotel (actually I have complained before). In the first day I was a little disappointed as the main pool was very cold…don’t know if a conversation I had with the pool staff had any consequence but the following days the water was so much warmer, it was really enjoyable! So it is definitely a heated pool! The hotel should keep it always warm as its the best spot of the resort to linger! I also found a smaller pool besides building Casa Musica that is much hotter than the others, a calm place to relax and to enjoy great coktails (secret spot!). The food. Where to start… a massive main restaurant Mercado de San Juan which can be overwhelming big, delivers impressive high quality food considering the variety and the massive amount of food available all day long. I just think it is not well organized, there is deserts in the middle, Mexican food scattered around, and just seems a little confusing to navigate. Regarding the a la Carte restaurants they are all good quality but Tah Xido and Encanta restaurants were a level above the rest, truly amazing experience!

Hotel Para Ti - Adults Only has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Holbox Island. The breakfast was delicious, the pool nice and fresh and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect for my romantic weekend with my boyfriend. Breakfast at the room amazing. The beach incredible, the hotel is very nice, with a new gym. It was wonderful, more than in my dream 😊

The staff and the manager of the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are simple, clean and stylish. Many restaurants and bars are walking distance.

Bluebayou Bacalar í Bacalar er með garð og verönd. Hótelið er með fjölskylduherbergi. Herbergin á hótelinu eru með svalir. The best place you could find in Bacalar, my partner and I had a lovely stay, they have an exclusive entrance to the lagoon and one wonderful deck to enjoy. Seriously we are 100% coming back to this place in our next visit.

Gististaðurinn bacalar My Love Front Laguna er staðsettur í Bacalar og býður upp á ókeypis reiðhjól, garð, verönd og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna. This place was amazing! 😍 Great location! Personnel were super friendly and extremely helpful! Bikes and single person Kayaks were available for free... Great view from the cabins... Cabin 4 was my favorite!! Other cabins are also awesome but 4 was much better than 6 or 7. Jose Antonio, Yoli, and Roberto are awesome! And I'm sorry to the cleaning ladies cause I didn't get their names but the rooms were impeccable.. even though I didn't get their names, I left the cleaning ladies their tips each day though! Overall this place was one of the most beautiful places I've been to!! Thanks Bacalar my love and staff!!

La Casa del Sol Holbox er staðsett á Holbox-eyju og býður upp á útisundlaug, garð, verönd og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna. Starfsfólk á staðnum getur útvegað flugrútu. A beautiful slice of heaven, The pool is a very nice way to cool down after a day of exploring, Can walk to the bioluminescence lagoon, Out of the main town so you avoid the noise, it is about a 15min into town but you have a beautiful beach to walk along to get to town, no complaints about that. Staff were so lovely. We’ll come back here next time!!

Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club er staðsett í Tulum, 200 metra frá South Tulum-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, heilsuræktarstöð og garði. It was beautiful! The service was exceptional, it had so much to offer. Highly recommend!
