They talk to you and offer advice on your daily activities, they called 4-5 different places to get us a good deal on a canue renting. Nice pool and the garden very well maintained. The laguna is 5 min walk. You wont be sorry if you stay here. Thak you for having us.

The little cabanas were so cute and clean and the a/c worked great. The fact that it’s right on the water with a dock to hang out on and free use of kayaks is perfect. Such a great place to relax and unwind.

This place was amazing! 😍 Great location! Personnel were super friendly and extremely helpful! Bikes and single person Kayaks were available for free... Great view from the cabins... Cabin 4 was my favorite!! Other cabins are also awesome but 4 was much better than 6 or 7. Jose Antonio, Yoli, and Roberto are awesome! And I'm sorry to the cleaning ladies cause I didn't get their names but the rooms were impeccable.. even though I didn't get their names, I left the cleaning ladies their tips each day though! Overall this place was one of the most beautiful places I've been to!! Thanks Bacalar my love and staff!!

Nastanitev Totem Buenavista je v mestu Bacalar in ima brezplačno izposojo koles, zunanji bazen ter vrt, na voljo pa je tudi brezplačen WiFi. I had such an amazing NYE at Aldea Elvira! The beds are located in lovely little houses and very convenient with light, fans, electricity and also blankets as nights can be chilly sometimes. Ezequiel Joel and Sem were so very welcoming and helpful everytime and give this place a real feel-like-home feeling. Beautiful setting, and access to a private Laguna spot with chill atmosphere. Easily accessible walking or by bike (10mn) that can be borrowed for free. Amazing sunrise if you go there early. This spot was the most beautiful, peaceful and wild I’ve seen from the Laguna. It’s also really easy to meet and mingle with people, and different places around the garden to chill. Lots of activities to chose from and a nice restaurant too. I came renting a scooter from Bacalar but the road is the freeway so better come by car or colectivo. I actually extended my stay as I liked it so much. Thank you so much guys, highly recommending !

Each room is Surrounded by beautiful gardens, and a nice patio with bistro style table and chairs. There is a coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven, to create simple meals, with all the necessary plates, bowls and cutlery. The attention to detail in both the room and the surrounding grounds creates a peaceful atmosphere. Partial views of the lake are visible from the upstairs rooms. There is a restaurant within walking distance and access to the lake is nearby as well. Location is out of town, but nearby. In 20-25 minutes (walking)you can be in the thick of things. Just a few minutes drive with car. The hosts are wonderful! Flor and Simon care deeply about providing you comfort, rest, and relaxation in a quiet beautiful environment. They are prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Really, a lovely place to stay!

Nastanitev Naya Bacalar Lagoon Front Hotel se nahaja v mestu Bacalar in ima zunanji bazen, vrt, teraso ter bar. The staff took great care of us, the complex is small so it is intimate but at the same time the infrastructure allows you to meet others and talk with other customers and share experiences not to be missed in Bacalar. The yoga classes are great and suitable for all levels, especially for the first time. The lunch is excellent and varied, yes there are not a thousand choices but it is cooked a la minute especially for you so it remains very flexible and these are details that make the experience unique and made for you. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well thought out. It had everything we needed, even mosquito spray. It was a beautiful stay !

We had a room with lagoon view and I would 100% recommend. We could see the lagoon from our bed and bathtub! The food and drinks at the hotel are amazing and the staff are so friendly. Only a short drive into the center of town.
