The rooms are spacious and the staff do the cleanings every day. The bed is comfortable and you can really have a good night of sleep. You can choose to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in here, and it's very good to have this option. From here you can reach easily and quickly the restaurants and shops and the two bikini beaches of the island. The staff will help you organize whatever trip or activity you want to do, snorkeling to the reef, seeing corals, mantas, turtles... We had the best time of our Maldives holiday in here, it's super recommended!

Dhigurah Island is amazing, it is paradise. For us, this was by far the most impressive beach we ever saw. The water is cristal clear, the sand is immaculate white and the nature surrounding all of this is stunning. It's hard to get better then this. The hotel is very close to the beach, 3 mins walk. Also the road to the beach is great, with lot's of tropical vegetation. The area is extremely safe, you can comfortable walk around during night or during early morning. A very important plus of this hotel, is that it's restaurant is open from 07:30-21:00. Most of the other good restaurants are opened from 07:30-09:00 & 12:00-14:00 & 19:00-21:00 so they are way more restrictive. We travelled with a 3 year old child, so for us it was great that we could eat whenever it fitted our schedule. The food is great, it has an a la carte menu. You will find something for every taste, we really enjoyed the food here. Another highlight are the fresh juices: watermelon, mango, pineapple, orange to name a few. Fresh and extremely tasty. The rooms are very clean, large bathroom, modern aircon. You get fresh bathroom and beach towels every day. You have a mini market, 1 min from the hotel + 2-3 other good restaurants extremely close if you want to try some other restaurants. The staff, especially the ones working at the restaurant are great, really really great. Reception staff is good as well, responsive and helpful every time you need them. This is not a resort, so you should not expect a resort-like experience. However this is a great hotel and it provides you everything that you need for a great stay. And the beach, the beach on this Island is paradise.

Grand Hotel is a newly renovated accommodation (partly under renovation) the rooms smells nicely and are clean. We had full board and all meals were served in the second floor restaurant overlooking the whole area and partly the sea. The food was excellent, we were surprised how good the Italian specialties were. The local dishes were also good and traditionally slightly spicy. Only water was served with the meal and the portions were not very large but we didn't mind, perfect for swimwear :-) Don't forget to take repellent even for breakfast (repellent gel was on every room for free, it was very helpful). Thanks to restaurant manager who takes a really good care of us during meals. Bicycles were not available and unfortunately it's quite a walk to the bikini beach, and it's over an hour walk to the romantic end of the island we chose it for. Whether you walk along the beach or through the town and jungle, it really is a pleasant walk. The area around the hotel and the beach is nicely maintained and clean. Shaheen is the young but very experienced manager of the hotel, he always helped us with everything and took us on great excursions and especially because of him we were able to snorkel with the whale shark and mantas. Shaheen, thank you for everything again. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends! Thank you to the Sand Grand team for an unforgettable experience

She always sent me all the directions correctly. She organized the ferry for us, they picked us up, welcomed us with fresh juice and very scented wipes soaked in water. They accompanied us to see the sunset. Shau and Boogie together organized our excursions. They also accompanied us to catch the ferry. I'm really very grateful to them. The inhabitants of Rasdhoo are very welcoming, always a smile, kindness. We already want to go back

Ovo je bila naša šesta poseta Maldivima i veoma smo zadovoljni ovim ostrvom. Izuzetan je bio izlet na malo privatno ostrvo na kojem ste potpuno sami. Jedino društvo vam pravi okean, sunce i pesak. Sve pohvale za osmišljeni izlet i način organizovanja. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i vrlo prijatno.

This was our first time in Maldives and at an Anantara property. Both exceeded expectations. We have always heard that the Maldives was pricey but it was 1000% worth it!!! Highlights: 1. The staff is ABOVE AND BEYOND. Shoutout to Hanif, Joker, Hatim, Roshmina, Pop, Aboo, Ali and so many more for making this a paradise and catering to our every need. You can tell that Anantara holds their staff with the upmost respect and treats them well. This is very important for us when traveling. From the buggy pick up, the room service, turn down services and surprises in the room 10/10!!!! AMAZING PEOPLE. 2. The food! A bit disappointed that the Veli resort was closed but that still left us with 4 options great for dinner (GET THE HALF OR FULL BOARD) it is so worth it vs. paying a la carte each night. The food was seasoned very well and mirrored the local cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised with this as "resort food" can be a bit bland to please everyone (especially those that don't like flavor) but Anantara chefs (Phillipe and his team) made sure the spices were there! 10/10. The breakfast was unmatched - super healthy, plenty of choices and didn't feel like standard buffet. 3. The views, the water, the activities. Again a bit pricey but everything is imported and you are on an island at a 5 star resort. The pictures DON'T do this place justice. I was a bit skeptical and did a lot of research and when we arrived it was better than anything I could google. Not to mention it is an easy speed boat ride from the airport. They pick you up and drop you off directly at the terminal with water, service and 100% comfort. On booking.com there was an option that included the shared transfer round trip - worth it as the private boats are 700USD+. Tips: - Arrive earlier in the day so that you can take the boat. We spent some time exploring Male the local city. Anantara provided us with a guide: Anan he was very knowledgable.

The location is awesome.. all inclusive package is recommended.. only 1 beer option in all inclusive but lot of cocktail options.. saw many colorful fishes, sharks and crabs which are harmless.. food was good in breakfast, lunch and dinner.. it was really awesome stay.. location is picture perfect… we really enjoyed a lot and fully recommend..

The beaches are excellent, the food varied, the buffet breakfast outstanding, the rooms super comfortable, the outdoor shower a great touch. The service was also outstanding. We got a great deal and couldn’t have been happier.

Thank you for fast and smooth boat transfer, did’t have to wait at Male airport. Also thank you for early check-in so we could enjoy the holiday as soon as possible (this is the thing that is not usually available in hotels). We got villa 181 with beautiful sand beach and view with sea and palms. Not windy, calm & clear water. The island has about 15 beaches, explored them all by bicycle or walk. The beaches were really beautiful. Delicious food at breakfast and Rhabarbaro restaurant for dinner. Especially like breakfast buffet with choice of a la carte menu.

Ako ne znate kako izgleda raj na zemlji, u San Sijam Olhuveli rizortu ćete saznati. Ovaj kompleks koji se prostire na tri ostrva, je idealno mesto za vaš odmor iz snova. Bez obzira na popunjenost njihovih kapaciteta, imaćete utisak da ste sami na plaži i dok uživate u tirkiznoj boji toplog mora, tišinu će remetiti samo cvrkut egzotičnih ptica. U Olhuveliju sve je podređeno prirodi. Da su zaposleni ekološki nastrojeni videćete i po tome što su im sva vozila na električni pogon. Zbog toga je ona dom mnogim egzotičnim biljkama i životinjama, pa ćete tamo videti papagaje, guštere, raže, brojne ribe egzotičnih boja, rakove, bebi ajkule, kornjače i delfine. Kažu da imaju i slepe miševe i zmije, ali mi na njih nismo naleteli. Da biste došli do njih, na aerodromu u Maleu će vas sačekati njihov predstavnik koji će vas sprovesti do njihovog hidro glisera. Mejlom su nas u startu obavestili da ta procedura može potrajati zbog drugih gostiju i dva sata, međutim u našem slučaju nije trajala ni sat vremena. Brzim hidro gliserom se do ostrva stvarno stiže za 45 minuta i daće vam čak i vodu u staklenim flašicama da se osvežite. Kada stignete na ostrvo, na doku će vas dočekati njihov odbor za doček, a da su Maldivljani ljubazni i predusretljivi topli ljudi biće vam odmah jasno. Svaki gost će dobiti ogrlicu sa cvetom hibiskusa i osvežavajući sok koji ima ukus egzotika. Za vas dok ste na ostrvu biće zadužen neko od domaćina i mislim da smo imali pravu sreću i čast što je baš za nas bio zadužen Max. Max nas je u startu upoznao sa ostrvom i svim sadržajima na njemu. Dopratio nas je do naše sobe gde nas je već čekao naš prtljag. On nas je svakog dana obaveštavao o dnevnim aktivnostima na ostrvu i ako bismo imali bilo kakav problem, nastojao je da nam se on odmah reši. Za brigu o nama dok smo u apartmanu bio je zadužen Nahsha.

Very peaceful and relaxing resort. We really liked the tranquillity and the chilled environment of the island. The villas over the water were absolutely stunning. Food was well prepared and with good variety/balance of international cuisine. Bus ride was handy on hot days.

Everything was incredible - from the service, to the rooms (the attention to detail is excellent), the amazing breakfast, the water sports, the gym! Also shout out to the marine biologists! Their work is amazing. Make sure to go to their talk.
