We had such a lovely stay at Villa Thamburu. The whole premise is just amazing. Very boutique but everything was 5 star. A lot of thought has gone into create such a beautiful sanctuary. The little touches - like locally made Barefoot linen robes etc really added to the 'premium' feel of the place. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us - even tracking my daughter down a boogie board so she could have fun on the beach. The breakfasts were amazing - and the quality of the food to die for. Can't wait to make it back - absolutely 5 (if not 6 stay) boutique accomodation on a stunning beach.

High quality rooms (they have massage shower panel ), and high quality service. I had breakfast on the beach and it was fantastic. They are also one of the few hotels that offer a nanny service for a small fee and Mr De Silva also arranged a trip for me so I felt safe with them. Highly recommended.

I was particularly impressed by the concierge team, who went above and beyond to provide personalised recommendations for local restaurants and arrange transportation for my outings. My room was a haven of comfort and style. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and the furnishings were elegant and tasteful. The attention to detail was evident, with a well stocked en-suite, beautiful views from the room and high-speed Wi-Fi. The room was impeccably clean, and housekeeping maintained this standard throughout my stay. The dining experience at Anuras Elephant was a highlight. The breakfast a la cart menu offered an extensive variety of delicious options ranging from English breakfast to traditional breakfast, catering to different dietary preferences. The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The pool was an added bonus providing a serene space to unwind after a long day of travelling. In conclusion, my stay at Anuras Elephant was nothing short of outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location. Everything, breakfast was amazing. Tony was the most helpful person, couldn't do enough for us. Very welcoming staff. Really enjoyed our visit here. Very peaceful and quiet place with entrance to the beach.
