Villa Campestri is a splendid Renaissance house in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, set on a hillside 450 metres above sea level and overlooking the Mugello Valley. we had a lovely time! we had a pool day and had the option to have a picnic prepared for lunch which was such a treat. dinners on the property are delicious but be sure to book in advance! the property is just gorgeous and the staff is so friendly we enjoyed day trips to Florence and loved returning to the quiet and beauty of this resort tip: book the olive oil experience BEFORE your stay!

It is a simple facility and has everything you need. It was clean and quiet. We just stayed for a night and were happy.

Set in a 15th-century convent, Locanda San Barnaba is in the historic centre of Scarperia, 5 minutes' drive from Mugello Race Track. It offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Traditional accomodation with modern facilities making our stay very comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. A superb bonus restaurant downstairs which we took good advantage of.
