We appreciated the very sincere attitude of the owner to his guests to feel welcomed. And we felt the same way when we had any contact with the staff. We appreciate it the more because it is not granted. You can have splendid property - stylish and super clean, but if people there are ignorant or not interested in guest´s needs, you do not get the whole package of the service. Here, we got it. It is a lovely castle with a delicate taste, fantastic pool area (we enjoyed its aesthetic) and it has well-maintained surroundings. Not to mention a great breakfast with a stunning view and local craft beer in the honesty bar.

Stayed for 1 night before getting the ferry to Split. The hotel is located near the port and the town center so is perfect for exploring the city. My room was modern and well kept. I really appreciated the drinks in the mini-bar which were all complimentary.

Brand new and great modern hotel located between the nicest beach we had in this area (10 min walk downhill, but no problem at all) and the very cute village (5 min walk up the hill), super breakfast, very nice and cosy rooms. Lovely music during the evening. Had two sets of ear plugs laying next to our bed which we did not need to use. Had a wonderful massage. The welcome and receptionist was super helpful.

Mondavio egy pici középkori város,mindem ami jellemzi ezeket a városokat megtalálható itt. A 15.században készült erődöt szépen felújították,gyönyörű a kilátás az egész városból. Napraforgótáblák,lankás dombok és Umbria hegyei. Tulajdonképpen Marche és Umbria határán fekszik. A helyiek nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek. Egy kis időutazás.....aki szereti!:))

Port Sant'Elpidio volt a bázisunk, onnan kiindulva, csillagtúra-szerűen jártuk be a Marche-régiót. Szeretjük Olaszországot, számos helyen jártunk már, így a jellegzetes épületek, és a tenger ismét elvarázsoltak.A régió különlegessége, hogy rengeteg erőd és vár maradt fenn, ezeket érdemes végiglátogatni, a gyerekeknek is tetszhet. Érdemes megemlíteni, hogy a régióban kevés a turista, a 8 nap alatt ritkán hallottunk idegen- és nem olasz- szót. Nincs tömeg, nincsenek ázsiai turistacsoportok..mi szeretünk "érintetlen" tájakon nyaralni, várost nézni, a régió hozta ezt. Messzebb van mint Velence, Bibione, Jesolo, Rimini és a többi felkapott hely, de az a 2-3 óra plusz utazás az semmi azokhoz az élményekhez képest, amit a régióban kapunk. Maga a város csendes, emberléptékű.
