French toast with succulent strawberries , pancakes , Italian sugar donuts , beautiful cheese and meats , so much to choose it was another highlight of this amazing hotel . My ocean terrace room was immaculate and so clean , the floor tiles gorgeous , the French doors opening onto the terrace with shutters offered privacy and allowed the sea air and morning birdsong in … evenings on the terrace outside my room I had sun chairs to relax on and even a line to hang my swimmers … bliss to watch the sunset . loved everything and next time when I return I will stay longer … Thankyou for looking after me kim smith

The hosts were the most wonderful we ever met and made sure we were fine and settled the entire stay. They have a restaurant, so really no need to go out 😅 great food, with great gluten-free options!

We really love this place. It exceeded our expectations. Room was big, fresh enough, all was in excellent conditions, we don't have any complaints about the room. We are always critical about mattress and pillows, but this time there wasn't any problems to get good rest at night. Location is really fabulous - it was best place on Citara beach for us: not crowded and easy access, available all the day (till 21:00). We purchase additionally air conditioner and the fridge, but price was still very reasonable! We have used pool, thermal pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. We found it really great place to stay on Ischia.

The staff is exceptional, so kind and helpful! We have never experienced a nicer staff anywhere in the world. The thermal pools are so relaxing.The view is great. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. There are so many breakfast choices on the morning buffet and the meals are delicious at breakfast and dinner. Free shuttle to and from various points.

Great location - walking distance of the port, bus station, restaurants, supermarket and shops - the area was quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was very good with different cakes each day. Lunches and dinners can also be booked at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and can arrange tours. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the extensive spa facilities that are available.

The location is simply amazing! The hotel is right on the beach with two amazing swimming pool. The restaurant has an amazing view on the sea and the staff is super friendly. Food is delicious. The Spa is equally nice. We had two massage and really enjoyed it. Live piano music at 7pm was a total treat :) Super recommended.

The staff tried to be helpful but it was quit hard to communicate because my Italian is very bad. Google translate works though. It was very nice that they chanced our room after we complained about the smell and dirtiness.
