I loved the attentive welcoming family run hotel , the attention to detail and the amazing dinner we ate in house every night , cooked from the kitchen garden , seasonal and the Italian experience we were after … exceptional and good value . Breakfast on the terrace with ocean vista was a treat and our cappuccino expertly made . The excitement of the amazing breakfast had us up and ready . French toast with succulent strawberries , pancakes , Italian sugar donuts , beautiful cheese and meats , so much to choose it was another highlight of this amazing hotel . My ocean terrace room was immaculate and so clean , the floor tiles gorgeous , the French doors opening onto the terrace with shutters offered privacy and allowed the sea air and morning birdsong in … evenings on the terrace outside my room I had sun chairs to relax on and even a line to hang my swimmers … bliss to watch the sunset . loved everything and next time when I return I will stay longer … Thankyou for looking after me kim smith

It is the perfect place to stay on this island. We didn't want to go out, and we didn't! It is a thermal spa (has 5 thermal pools), which are available for the entire stay. The hosts were the most wonderful we ever met and made sure we were fine and settled the entire stay. They have a restaurant, so really no need to go out 😅 great food, with great gluten-free options!

Veldig fin beliggenhet i Ischia Ponte, nydelig utgangspunkt for både sjøbad, besøk til Castello Aragonese, fin takterasse og fint bassengområde. Veldig hyggelig personale. Jeg vil virkelig anbefale Ponte framfor Ischia Porto, her har du kort vei til gode sjøbad, koselige strøk, fine gater og plasser. Fullt fungerende aircondition var veldig greit når utetemperaturene var svært høye.

Ischia is already a dream, but this hotel is perfectly located near some the most fabulous beaches, but offers an expanse of grassy lounge areas, pools and jacuzzi all filled with thermal mineral water. Even in high season it always feels spacious and private, and the staff is fabulous!!! You’d think i could complain about something, but for the price, everything including the food was outstanding. Breakfast and ferry transport included, and we were invited to stay all day after check out and use pool and facilities for hours. Highly recommend Ischia and even more so this place

The staff is exceptional, so kind and helpful! We have never experienced a nicer staff anywhere in the world. The thermal pools are so relaxing.The view is great. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. There are so many breakfast choices on the morning buffet and the meals are delicious at breakfast and dinner. Free shuttle to and from various points.

Great location - walking distance of the port, bus station, restaurants, supermarket and shops - the area was quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was very good with different cakes each day. Lunches and dinners can also be booked at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and can arrange tours. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the extensive spa facilities that are available.

The location is simply amazing! The hotel is right on the beach with two amazing swimming pool. The restaurant has an amazing view on the sea and the staff is super friendly. Food is delicious. The Spa is equally nice. We had two massage and really enjoyed it. Live piano music at 7pm was a total treat :) Super recommended.

The staff tried to be helpful but it was quit hard to communicate because my Italian is very bad. Google translate works though. It was very nice that they chanced our room after we complained about the smell and dirtiness.
