Super close to the beach and great restaurants! Also, bus stations close by for you to take grab the bus! I loved it and I’m definitely coming back!

It's only 5 minutes walking from the port. The owner is such a kind and nice lady! She was very welcoming and made me feel like being at home. The rooms have nice design touches-- the tile pattern in the bathroom, the archway in the entrance of the room, and the artwork in the room. You can really tell they put a lot of attention into each detail to maximise your comfort! Beds are comfortable, walls are quite sound proof and wifi is fast. Great value for the quality, I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

All rooms are air-conditioned and offer heating and a refrigerator.... We loved our stay at Poseidon hotel! The best thing without a doubt was Marina and her lovely family, who made our stay so nice and comfortable - they were extremely helpful and friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel is conveniently located near the port and there is a nice beach within 5 min walk. There is a bar at the pool which was very handy. The rooms were quiet and clean. Would definitely stay again!

It is a family run hotel. Alexander "the great!" and his wife couldn't have been more welcoming. The hotel is in a good location, (bus stop right near hotel), with a beautiful view. We had the best Greek omelets we've ever had, every morning. Pool is very clean and refreshing! We highly recommend the Golden Sun if you go to Ios!

What’s not to like? From the get go Dimitris, his family and all the other staff make you feel right at home. (They also have the best restaurant recommendations.) After leaving I immediately wanted to come back and that’s not something that happens very often. Location is great, close to the port, the beach and the bus stop (a bus every 15 minutes to town and to the bigger beach). Also a shoutout to the cleaning lady who stopped us from getting on the wrong bus!

This hotel is dreamy. We spent the most relaxing, beautiful time here. The breakfast is phenomenal, room service is speedy and delicious and the property is private with incredible views. The pool was bigger than we anticipated and the pictures don't do this property justice. We will definitely be returning to Ios specifically to stay at Hide Out Suites. Also, book a private boat tour through Hide Out-- you will not be disappointed!
