Wow that was great!Worked in 5 star hotels before this was even better ,IT a was unique style , comfortable,friendly,luxury,good value for money ,no children ( we have kids but we were without them this time ) We fell asleep looking at the sea and listening to it.

We (family with baby twins) had a great holiday at Helios Costa Tropical. All the staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. We had a great welcoming by Laura at check-in. Our restaurant host Fernando was super kind and always ensured we felt comfortable. The hotel is nicely maintained, the room was clean, great location, great swimming pool, bar, food, relaxation zone, views from the roof terrace, on the seafront. Everything was great, will visit again.

The hotel staff was amazing! Very friendly, we could even work comfortably during the time we were there. Wifi worked well, we had two seating areas and the weather was perfect to sit outside. The kitchenette offered everything we needed. There are supermarkets nearby. The beach is right in front of the hotel, plus there are several nice places to eat and have a drink.

Very easy to register with an exceptionally helpful receptionist who highlighted places and events on the town map supplied. She was also helpful with enquiries during my stay. Easy key drop early in the morning I left. The room was kept spotless during my stay - excellent and attentive cleaning staff. The apartments are just across from the beach, within easy walking distance of the town and restaurants. There are bus stops just outside the apartments for the circular bus route into town and easy street parking if you have a car. The restaurant downstairs can be/should not be overlooked - such friendly staff and surprisingly excellent meals. There is also a very good buffet breakfast - not advertised and somewhat hidden away. In all everything made for a perfect holiday - thank you.
