The place is very very calm and well recommended to couples and honeymooners. Many thanks to Mr.Tharwat, Mrs Aya, Mr. Abdlerahman and the whole staff the place captured our hearts❤️ we will get back soon.

El dueño Omar fue muy amable conmigo, me hizo sentir como en casa, me ayudó con dudas, compartió su comida y buena conversación. Si regreso a Marsa Alam me quedaría en su hostel de nuevo. My experience was great! I even extended my stay twice to be longer! The owner Omar was very kind with me, he made me feel like home, helped me with my doubts, shared his food and good conversation! If I come back to Marsa Alam, i would stay at his hostel again.

Mención especial al staff de recepción porque debido a un problema personal nos gestionaron la anulación de una noche a pesar de que no nos correspondía, además de ayudarnos a que el autobús parase frente al hotel y no tuviéramos que ir a Marsa Alam. Por otra parte, house reef impresionante (tortugas etc) a 3 minutos nadando desde el muelle.

Very attentive and friendly staff, we were mainly scuba diving, we recommend to book a hotel transfer beforehand as the airport transfer is 35 € otherwise.

Visited LTI with the family for a short stay. I liked the hotel and facilities (pools, aqua park, resturants), but what was exceptional is the staff. Mostafa (service desk) and the rest of staff members we dealt with are very welcoming and helpful. They looked after us very well, and did not expect anything in return. Pools are very nice and of different depth to help young children as well. Aqua park is shared with the other siste-hotel but still very cool and not very crowded. Overall the stay was really good

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. The weather is perfect and the beach is very good. The food was yummy and the resturant has a very nice vipes. Perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Thank you all 🩵

Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!
