We liked the proximity to all the amenities the valley offers. You need to know that there are a lot of facilities/benefits for the hotel guests: if you paid for breakfast and diner then you’ll also get a snack between 3 and 5 pm with salad and freshly baked cake; diner is international mixing European and Asian cuisine; every evening there is an open salad buffet, appetizer, soup, 3 types main course to choose from, desert and cheese buffet; wellness (no clothes saunas and a jacuzzi); fitness room; ski boots/bicycle room (you can rent with a discount e-bikes or regular ones); free buss shuttle to all the touristic Zillertal places (glacier, lakes, etc); strong wifi; excellent tap water from their own well; free parking; impeccable cleanliness. Probably the most conveniently organised and well-planned hotel I have ever stayed in. Starting with the check in and check out by the friendly staff, through the way that the ski-storage and transport to the gondola are organised, the amazing spa, the housekeeping team, the room features - really there is not one thing that was not thought of. In terms of meals: large variety of food was available at the buffet, the options were limitless. Really loved the fresh honey, as well as the possibility to make your own fresh juice mix. Every item was fresh and well prepared. All in all - there is nothing else I could ask for in a hotel for a ski vacation, or just a relaxing vacation in the mountains.
