The location was superbly placed just on the fringes of Portree. The lodges themselves were fresh, clean and (family lodge) deceptively spacious. The swing park was perfect for keeping the kid occupied whilst the missus was busy getting ready in the morning. Despite there being a few large groups in the other lodges, there were no issues with noise etc. A great spot perched above Portree and within a 5 minute drive of some superb morning coffee and doughnuts.

Lodges well designed and comfortable. Having a shower and loo in the cabin was a treat as well as electric and a TV. Clearly marked parking spaces for each cabin. Nice layout which meant you didn't feel as though you would disturb or be disturbed by other guests.

Perfect little lodges for sightseeing the Isle of skye but a little over priced I would say. After reading some negative reviews we were a little apprehensive but we were very happy with our accommodation. The onsite restaurant was closed which was a real shame as it looked beautiful but we new this before our arrival. Excellent communication from skye lodge team before arrival so all in all we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to return in the very near future

We stayed here for 3 nights & it was an excellent base for exploring the island. The apartment was compact but extremely clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed & more. Heather & her husband were very friendly & helpful hosts & their neighbouring B&B & lodges all looked fantastic too. Will definitely stay here again.

The team kept us informed all the time prior to us checking in. The lodges were of a decent size and very clean (10/10 for cleaning staff) - we had a 7 year old with us and the play park was really fun for her. The on site restaurant (closed at the time of our visit) would so handy.

Fantastic location and atmosphere of the lodges in the middle of nowhere but at the same time few minutes away from Portree. Very warm and clean. We enjoyed our stay alot.

The lodge that we had (no.18) has two single and one double beds with en-suite bathroom. I believe the other lodges are the same. The lodge is lovely, quite and pet friendly. I highly recommended this to anyone who wants to visit Skye.
