THs staff were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile for guests. The breakfast (paid separately) was also very good. They arranged a tour of Monte Alban for us which was great, as well as our laundry and taxis. Highly recommended.

It has a lovely open courtyard where breakfast is served. There was a hand written (and coloured in) card welcoming me with a small wicker basket of local Mexican chocolates. The staff very kindly helped me out during some stress when my flight to Mexico City was delayed by several hours.
