I was upgraded to a fabulous room on the ground floor as I was not able to use the stairs to the allocated room on the second floor. Room bright and clean, peaceful nights sleep. And no charges for on site parking. Definitely recommended.

The complimentary upgrade to the Chic room was excellent! Lunch at The Conservatory was great, coffee at The Sitting Room was lush, the spa was lovely, as always, cocktails at Octegan Bar were superb, dinner was delicious, breakfast was varied and tasty. Double glazed windows which kept out most of the traffic noise outside. Fabulous breakfast and excellent dinner in the Tudor Dining Room. Very friendly and well-trained staff.
