It felt like there is always a person waiting for me instead of just greeting me. Furthermore, people living in this hostel seemed to be well-connected by the staff with their hospitality and enthusiasm. Overall, without a doubt, Sungate One is one of the best hostels I've lived in. I would sincerely recommend anyone coming to Madrid to stay here.

At the accommodation each room is equipped with bed linen and towels. Was super clean. I made my reservation the same day and for that reason i arrived early than expected. They were cleaning the room and, as a curious costumer, i sat near the room’s door and watched how they weren’t only cleaning the room but detailing it. Cleaned all the inside of the drawers under the bed. As i waited i was delighted with the common area, the ambience had even the sound of nature. Smelled like heaven. Besides all that good things the interior design is wonderful. I will be staying again. The location is one of the best.
