Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Der Pfindlhof features accommodation with ski-to-door access and free WiFi. This guest house offers free private parking and a housekeeping service. The guest house has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The staff (Julia - hope I got the name right) was incredible: always with a smile and ready to fulfill all our needs. She was always present on site and eager to make our stay as nice as possible = excellent Austrian hospitality! And she speaks very good English as well :) We even got from her the complimentary City card that gave us free access to the museum and a free trip with the gondola to the top of the mountain (there are lots of other facilities available with this card, but we were here for the bike park and did not used them all). Location: in walking distance from Leogang Ride Park. Very quiet. Parking at the property. Situated on a small hill with breathtaking view over the mountains. Facilities: very clean, overall in mint condition! Huge room with views towards garden and the mountains. There is also a separate room (with code access) to store the bike, also cleaning and repairing station for the bikes. A nice cottage is also present in the garden, where you can chill while gazing at the incredible scenery! Or you can just relax on one of the longues... Breakfast: plenty of choices, traditional food is also there, and to top it all, the host even made us omlets. How cool is that? Wifi is also very good (although data coverage is excellent, even on top of the mountain, where the rides start) Overall we had a very pleasant stay and can only HIGHLY recommend you this accomodation!

Situated in Mittersill and only 23 km from Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course, Gästehaus Huber features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is set 28 km from Krimml Waterfalls and offers an ATM. The homestay has family rooms. The owner of the hotel met us at the door and welcomes us as if we were guests in her home. She was very sweet with my children and gave them treats. When one of my kids couldn't eat the treats due to his braces, she bought chocolate just for him and surprised him the following morning. The building is over 100 years old, but the rooms and bathrooms were tastefully renovated in the last year and very nice. We had two rooms and the top floor to ourselves. One of the rooms had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and full-length glass patio doors and windows. The room slept four and one of the beds was in a small room off the main room and accessible by a pocket door. Our daughter shared the room with us, but she was still able to have privacy.

The location is perfect, the skiing resorts are really nearby (around 10 min). The breakfast was great.
