The train ride to Amsterdam is 1 hour and 15 minutes. We had a lovely, comfortable room with a small balcony looking on to a stately, tree lined street. Our host was friendly and helpful and told us the interesting history of the building and about the care they had taken in renovating it.

There is an English tea house on site that serves home-made high tea, lunch items and coffee with different pastries. Pension De Hoestinkhof also cooks dinner for guests upon request and serves a different dish each day. Breakfast was wonderful Owners are warm and kind Relaxing places to sit Cozy lovely place!!!!!
