Very sweet and friendly, and accomodating to requests. The place felt like home 🥰. We checked out around 12, but our bus was at 9pm. She let us keep our luggage safely while we enjoyed the beach and then relaxed in the courtyard of Casa Sixta until our bus. If you're looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep, it's perfect. The location is walking distance from the main beaches (we only took taxi 1 time to go further), and the bus station.

The room was very nice and spacious and it had plenty of fans and AC to cool down the room, which was very important for me as it was very hot in Mazunte when I stayed there. The balcony and the view to the ocean was also really nice. Having a small kitchen and a fridge/freezer was also a huge plus. The location of the property is in my opinion very nice, it is a ~10 minute walk to the main beach and ~5 minute walk to the center area of Mazunte which is nice as it can get quite loud in the center. Communication was also excellent, they were very responsive and helpful.

We really liked having water available to refill our bottle.
