A perfect location - few minutes away from the Amstredam Centraal, but very, very quite with a nice canal view right in front of the doors and good places to have breakfast / lunch just around the corner (or, across the bridge - to be more precise) . The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

Staying at Villa360 was a dream come true. Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Amsterdam. Villa360 made me feel like a local (drinking my morning coffee next to the canals, walking by night, eating at wonderful restaurants 5-10min away). The room (Canal room) was even better than what I imagined when looking at pictures before my stay. The decorations are so well done and don’t even get me started about the delicious scent in the corridor and room. 100% recommended! I would go back there without thinking of it twice :)
