Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The hotel staff was friendly, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. It immediately set the tone for the exceptional service that I would receive throughout my stay. And I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the complimentary snacks. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area. The location of the apartment hotel was also perfect. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The combination of excellent customer service, beautiful suites, and a great location make it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

يقع RUZ Hotels في اسطنبول، ويضم مركزاً للياقة البدنية ومنطقة جلوس / استرحة مشتركة وتراساً ومطعماً. I booked this hotel not knowing what to expect as it's only my second time going to Istanbul but the hotel beat all my expectations. The price was reasonable and the location was perfect. 2 minute walk to the nearest metro and very close to places to eat and supermarkets. I stayed at the hotel for 17 nights and they upgraded me due to the duration of my stay which was a very nice touch, unfortunately I didn't get the name of the staff doing the upgrade but I'd really like to pass my thanks onto him. The hotel also has a very nice gym which has modern equipment. Above all the positives the main positive about this hotel is the staff. They were so welcoming from day one, especially Urhan, Farhan and Enes. On the first day I needed to get a metro card and also exchange some money and Farhan showed me where to get everything done from which helped me a lot. Urhan was very welcoming whenever I entered and left the hotel and Enes had very good customer service even helping me with my luggage down the road when I was leaving the hotel. Overall a hotel in a perfect location which is truly complimented by it's excellent staff. I will definitely be coming back again soon :)

يقع "Union Hotel Port" في وسط إسطنبول على بُعد 800 متر من محطة مترو تقسيم و700 متر من ميدان تقسيم. Das hotel war echt sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch so freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem Sam hat einem das Gefühl gegeben zu Hause zu sein und nicht in einem Hotel. كان الفندق بالفعل حلو كتير و نضيف جدا. كان الموظفون أيضًا ودودين ومتعاونين للغاية، وخاصةً سام الذي جعلك تشعر وكأنك في المنزل وليس في فندق.

يقع The Soul Istanbul Hotel في إسطنبول، وضمن مسافة 700 متر من شارع الاستقلال، ويوفر خدمة الواي فاي مجاناً وخدمات الكونسيرج وصالة مشتركة وحديقة وغرفاً لا يُسمح بالتدخين فيها، كما يبعد مكان الإقامة... كل شي في الهوتيل عجبني..الغرفه ماشاءالله جميله وتفاصيلها تاخد القلب ..الموظفين طيبين و ودودين ..الفطور ماشاءالله لذيذ ..موقع الهوتيل بين كل شي ..قريب من الاستقلال والكافيهات اللي حوالين الهوتيل جميله ..الهوتيل ولا غلطه The hotel is very nice..the people there are so friendly..so nice..the breakfast was great..the places there was so nice too..nearby the istqlal .. I love it

Boasting a bar and a terrace, DeCamondo Galata, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is set in Istanbul, 0.2 km from Galata Tower and 1.6 km from Spice Bazaar. The hotel has a good location and looks great, the rooms are very beautiful and clean and breakfast is served on the roof with a great view.

Everything was amazing,they are so friendly and welcoming they treat you as a family ,and the view was phenomenal . we had great time at staying in doruk palace hotel . Special thanks for brother ahmet and Ali And of course to the boss osman 🐱 ;)

يتمتع Mukarnas Taksim Hotel بموقع ملائم في وسط إسطنبول، ويوفر غرفاً مكيّفة ومركزاً للياقة البدنية وخدمة الواي فاي مجاناً وصالة مشتركة، كما تشمل المعالم السياحية الشهيرة الواقعة بالقرب من مكان الإقامة... Location is very central and the staff was very friendly and helpfull especially Muzaffer and Athan gave a nice service every morning at breakfast.

The location was amazing and the reception staff Harum was very helpful and accommodating. He guided on what things we need to know about Istanbul.
