Ho soggiornato con un amico in questo hotel per 5 notti dal 30 dicembre 2023 al 4 gennaio 2024. Hotel molto bello e moderno, camere confortevoli e letti comodi, tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e cordiale, dal personale di reception, al personale della sala colazioni e quello di servizio per le pulizie delle camere. Incluso nel prezzo avevamo accesso alla SPA ed anche se non l'abbiamo utilizzata, abbiamo fatto un sopralluogo ed è molto bella. La colazione è buona ed abbontante, il personale è a disposizione per cucinare eventuali cose al momento non presenti (un giorni volevo delle uova strapazzate che erano finite e le hanno fatte espresse per me). Posizione molto comoda perchè a pochi passi da diverse fermate di autobus ed in particolare alla fermata della metropolitana Osmanbey. Un particolare ringraziamento a Bariş per la sua elevata professionalità che nel giorno del nostro arrivo ci ha accompagnati in stanza descrivendoci con tutti i dettagli le dotazioni ed i servizi presenti in stanza. Un grazie di cuore anche a Zuhal in servizio presso la sala colazioni che è sempre stata molto professionale, gentile e disponibile garantendo sempre una piacevole colazione.

The staff especially lovely Afshah, was incredibly helpful and patient with me during an emergency situation. Another lady at the front desk, arranged my check in and waited patiently for me to get everything together so I could check in. Afshah arranged a shuttle for me to the hotel, tour guide and a taxi when it was time to leave. Huge relief for me, because I was absolutely exhausted and didn't want to worry about arranging transportation, after a long flight. LOVED the convenience of the wellness center downstairs. I felt so much better after my wonderful massage and wellness treatments by Uchix. The lady at the front desk at the spa was super patient in helping me schedule my wellness treatments. She was awesome! The hotel was so lovely and smelled wonderful. The front desk personnel assisted me with everything and made sure I was comfortable. For several days I felt tired, nervous and a little scared. I had not traveled overseas in almost 3-4 years. This was the right place to recharge before leaving the city. This is a place that makes it convenient for their guests to relax, rejuvenate and heal. Thank you to the lovely staff at Vital. I will definitely be back!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, personale disponibile (anche 24 ore), la dimensione della camera era giusta, ben attrezzata e molto pulita. Non ho usufruito della colazione, ma ogni mattina mi veniva offerto un cappuccino senza costi. L'albergo è ben collegato con la metro. Inoltre, la zona è ricca di negozi e ristoranti. Consiglio anche il bar del hotel.
