Special thank you to the lovely staff who was super helpful, we want to thank Sara from the frontdesk who helped us through the whole stay, she was lovely, did everything she could to make our stay as wonderful as possible : thanks a lot Sara !!! Overall all the staff was great :)

And the Manager and other's receptionist staff are so cheerful and helpful. Giving every information that we need for our day trips. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to istanbul *****.
