Located in Istanbul, 2.1 km from Suleymaniye Mosque, My Suite House offers express check-in and check-out and free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation was excelent, it is actually an apartment with plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meal. We were very impressed how clean and modern it was. The location is excelent, safe and close to the public transport / easy access to either city centre or airport. The owners are very nice and welcoming, always there to answer our questions and guide us to make our staying very pleasant.

Super cisto, hotel u centru, zaposleni su svi jako ljubazni. Osoblje moram najvise pohvaliti. Svaki dan su cistili i to detaljno! Na recepciji su takodje jako ljubazni i susretljivi! Jako lijepo sam se osjecala unutra, osjetila se cistoca i vidjela. Moze se naruciti u hotelu hrana, pred vratima je dosta i osoblje vam moze pomoci oko toga. Tu dostavu preporucujem jer brzo i jeftino! Dorucak je raznovrstan, sauna je extra, mi smo uzeli masaze i hamam sa popustom kao gosti hotela i mogu samo dalje preporuciti. Lokacija izvrsna! U centeu ste grada, a hotel je na sporednoj ulici gdje mozete mirno spavati nocu ! Sve najbolje i hvala!

From the moment I have stepped in till the day of checking-out I've been treated with lovely smiles and very friendly behavior from all the staff. Exceptional thanks to Mr. Bahadir for his fast and positive response whenever I ask for anything. The hotel is at all time clean, the breakfast was typical Turkish cuisine (simit, sujuk gozleme, all types of cheese, salads, jams soup, tea, coffee machine, … etc.). The location is 4 min away from the metro and tram, buses varies depending where you're going (in front of the hotel, away 4 min, away 7 min), area full of restaurants, markets, and 5 min is the main street where you'll find all types of things you want from reputable businesses. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect of the stay and if I will visit Istanbul again, definitely Mays Hotel will be on the top of my list.

I booked this stay in the EYFEL HOTEL for my mother after reading several positive feedbacks and reports online. The hotel itself as well as its location have been unbelievably comfortable during my mother's trip in Istanbul. The hotel itself is very clean and the personel has been always friendly and very helpful for every need. Special thanks goes especially to colleagues from the staff (Mr. Emrah, Mr. Enes and Mr. Mehmet) who have been very kind, friendly and helpful at any point in time of her stay. Further I want to thank , Mrs. Ziyade hanim who has been responsible for the extraordinary hygienic and clean hotel environment. At any time she was there for my mother and asked for her well-being constantly. All in all, price/service ratio in this hotel cannot be compared to other hotels in the area since EYFEL Hotel is in its own special class. Many thanks again for all the staff of the hotel - we look forward to a future stay in EYFEL HOTEL. This is our address for the future for sure!
