Well located in Funchal, Barceló Funchal Oldtown provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. New property, right in the center of Funchal. Very nice hotel, friendly stuff. The location is perfect, you have a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms could be a little bigger, but it was very clean. The rooftop terrace and pool was the best thing with an amazing view! The breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was very good!

Comparing to other accommodations the cleanliness was unique. For New Year Eve it is the best choice as the roof terrace provides 360 degree panorama for the fireworks around the city.
