The place was all we could expect it to be. Great location, staff , room , service, and facilities. The food was great too! Special mention for Nicholas , the front desk manager. He looked after us so well, though we arrived earlier than expected at the hotel. The staff too were warm and polite. Our first stay in Africa was wonderful.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre, Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi is situated in Westlands, Nairobi. The photographs do not do justice to this gorgeous hotel. It far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The breakfast is virtually a full scale brunch. First class stay and service. We were extremely impressed.

Very clean, safe and comfortable for a solo female traveller. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and so helpful in letting me leave my bags with them for a week while I went on safari.

Bidwood Suite Hotel is located in the Westlands area of Nairobi. It offers stylish accommodation and is 200 metres away from the Sarit Centre. Everything was great. Location, comfort, hotel cleanliness. Maureen went above and beyond in her service and made us very welcome and the security team was also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, well equipped and the toilet was as well. Breakfast was great with variety and great coffee, tea, fresh juices and baked goodies.

All the staff was very professional and helpful. I get an excellent driver called Kevin and another one called Ben on my way back to the airport. I highly recommande this hotel for the service, location and the comfort.
