Standing on Park Lane in Mayfair, this excellently located landmark hotel is perfect for Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, shopping on Oxford Street, and West End glamour. I love this hotel. It is by far the best hotel. I had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent. The staff were professional, very nice and friendly. The cleaners were excellent and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food at the steakhouse was delicious, tasty and quality. I loved the breakfast and the variety of choices. One of the best things about the hotel is their careful attention to details and small things. Overall, I had a wonderful and excellent experience. Thank you for everything!

Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to oxford street & hyde park.
