He went above and beyond for giving us the best tour guide for sightseeing and making our stay in Cairo a truly memorable experience. Also I would like to thank Muhamed Nagy, the receptionist, for a warm hospitality, for taking the time and guiding us through downtown Cairo and overall making us feel safe all the time. It was a pleasure staying at the Palace Pyramids Hotel. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the location was central to most of the sites, the service was good. The hotel also provides a personal driver, he made us feel us safe. I want to thank Ahmed, Mustafa, Nadia, Malak, Abdolraham, Dina and Om-mahmoud for the great services.

Nice attention from the personel and the owner, the room was confortable and clean and the location is perfect if you want to visit the pyramids by yourself as the ticket office is just a few steps away. They allowed me to check in very early in the morning and even offered me breakfast, and also helped book other excursions. It was nice to sit on the terrace for the breakfast and to have a drink at dusk to see the sunset behind the pyramids.

Amazing staff , super attentious and helpful ! Definetely the highest point of this place , whatever you need in terms of information, tips to buy products they will help ! Room they gave was spacious , clean and comfortable ( for real). Excellent breakfast , you have to order what you want the night before , its a not a buffet. Location is amazing , just 10 min walking from the pyramids entrance gate , so you can easily and safely walk there. There is a good option of gas station with convenience store where you can find easy snacks , sandwiches and other stuff. The view of the pyramids is good.
