The area is very green and went for a 12 km run in the neighbourhood. This is a very new hotel and everything is clinically clean and has nice large rooms, with high ceiling clearance. Close to shopping options and the train station to travel into Munich City. Travelled with my own car, and there was free parking outside the Hotel and the small roads leading up to it.

We liked everything in this hotel.We requested quite room on higher floor and they give it to us.Location was good, near to metro.Staff was friendly.Bed was comfortable.Room was clean. If we will come back in Munich we will definitely stay in same hotel. Recommendation to add fridge and kettle to room. 😊❤️

Located in Munich, the recently renovated HOMELY STAY Studio 4 provides accommodation 2.5 km from Deutsches Museum and 2.6 km from München Ost Train Station. The apartment was very nice, plenty of room, coffee machine, refrigerator etc. Very good location, easy access everywhere by U2 metro station 100 meters from the door. Edeka is close by for quick supermarket visit and there's also a pizza place open until 1 am.

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the room as a whole. Also, the keyless system for entering the room and the complex is clever. The location was perfect for me, since I had close connection to ICM Munich.
