Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth is located in the heart of Vienna, only a few steps away from Vienna's best-known landmark, St. Stephen's Cathedral. Very nice hotel at a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and well equiped. Breakfast offered a lot of options.

Old world style understated luxury. We have been going to this hotel for half a century and it hasn’t changed. Some will find it needs modernization but we love it the way it is! The restaurant serves typical Austrian fare and is stylish with tables far apart! Prices very fair. Excellent as well for breakfast and afternoon tea.

Right on the famous Kärntnerstraße Shopping Street, this 4-star hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Saint Stephen's Cathedral and the State Opera. The location is simply phenomenal. Very comfortable and extremely convenient. Overall great location to visit Vienna.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful, I arrived early morning once a room was available they provided an early check in. the room was spacious enough very well furnished and clean, the location is great in the middle of the city all attractions are around.
