The staff. They are what makes this place. Most were very very nice , friendly and helpful.
Location was ok.
The bars and restaurants were very nice and entertainment was quite good at night
Pool at papaya is very nice.
Also I would like to give Sarita from the social restaurant at breakfast a mention, she went above and beyond and was always helpful and smiling.
Rum tasting was a nice touch.

Every detail is well executed. The rooms are lovely and the beach is stunning, as are the seating areas around the property which are great with amazing views of the pool, palm trees and the sea. Beach Rouge was the most amazing place for lunch and is very well decorated with incredible views of the beach. The breakfast was great, as were the staff there who couldn’t do enough for us. We were very well looked after, the celebration corner was amazing at helping to organise a memorable birthday celebration. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, to mention a few, Ashley the room boy, Anushka the floor supervisor and Kamlesh at breakfast all made our stay that much more enjoyable. Loved the tennis courts and the opportunity to go snorkelling whenever. The most amazing holiday and hotel, would definitely return and highly recommend!
