Simple, but comfortable. It was quiet at night, as the windows overlooked the inner yard. Good mattress, decent breakfast, very friendly personnel.

During our stay my partner and I didn’t take the time to explore the city of Sassari. But during the evenings we did enjoy going to a couple nice restraunts. We did enjoy using the public transportation to visit other cities but overall sassari is a very calm place to stay and very close to the north western part of the island.

Not a real tourist town but with a nice old centre (small streets, high houses, colorful facades). When we visited it (late afternoon + early evening first week of May), it was extremely quiet - some squares seemed totally deserted - which created a weird atmosphere. Scene and streets got more livelier around Piazza d'Italia and University but not what you might expect from a city with >100.000 inhabitants.
Conclusion: nice but not unmissable.

Sassari is a very nice town with historical city center, old walls and friendly people. Sadly the tram line is not working, although it would be useful. You can stay here for many days like at home. The town is near Alghero and Porto Torres, so many programs are there at the sea also. Recommended for everyone.

Sassari itself was disappointing.
Sassari itself was disappointing. We walked around it in an afternoon! However it was a great base for exploring the local area with great transport links! We visited Alghero, Porto Torres, Castelsardo and Stintino

The city is nice but i belive that is not the best place for accommodation in Sardignia! No beach and you need a car for traveling and stay in around 4 hours/day.
Nice restaurants in the city :) with nice athmosfere!
Luckily walking up town to the Piazza Italia had a better feel so in that respect the hotel was well located.
The check in staff were helpful and efficient and we were in our room before we knew it. The room is as described, .
Besides the below issues the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was substantial, with the choice of an omelette or other eggs in addition to the usual continental breakfast options.
For the price it was a good option but they need to address the maintenance issues
This is literally the best location in Sassari if you come by car - the parking garage is round the corner. You can ask for a pass for a few days and come and go just by scanning it (it's not on the price board). The supermarket is a few steps away, a good one.
The apartment itself is spacious but more cosy than in the pictures, well equipped. Old building, high ceilings, authentic entrance, still all the necessary comfort.
The owner was very kind and helpful.
Super clean, modern and organised located in the ‘newer’ part of Sassari with lots of excellent restaurants/supermarkets nearby. Comfortable sleep in an extra large bed. Giuseppe (host) is super efficient and has lots of great suggestions. He is also a foodie and will give you some very local excellent bites for breakfast of very high quality. great coffee machine and kettle in the room along with lovely little bites/drinks.
A very clean apartment that was very clean and comfortable for two persons!
Outside are enough free parking spots on the street making it pretty comfortable for people traveling by car.
Walking distance to the cit centre and a train station right in front of the hotel!
Breakfast was also very charming.
Very nice stay in Sassari, thank you!
Well the guesthouse is located exactly in one of the most beautiful squares of Sassari. It was more like an apartment than a room due to how big it was. Also equipped with a kitchen, very clean, comfortable and quiet. There are many shops nearby and even the major attractions can be seen on foot. Salvatore the owner, is a good host.
Excellent room, very comfortable with lovely decor and perfect location close to centre of Sassari. Stocking of room with fresh supplies daily was a very nice touch. Laura made it very easy for communication and was extremely helpful with any queries we had. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are coming to Sassari. A+++
Cleanliness, location and comfort. Everything was brand new and spotless! Marco had considered guests and their needs and was available to answer any questions or give recommendations etc. Exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend the property to any couple wishing to stay in the centre of Sassari.
Really nice, modern, comfortable and clean room, with good quality amenities. The hotel staff was very kind, reception, restaurant and room ladies alike, everybody smiling all the time. Breakfast was also perfect, salty and sweet warm and cold, fresh fruits, juices, coffee of you choice; all you can dream of :)
This is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms are spotless and very comfy beds, Great location, very easy to walk in Sassari which is a very interesting place, The staff and owner are very helpful with lots of useful advise about places to visit and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay here again.
We loved everything! Best place to stay in Sassari.
The place was tastefully decorated, with lovely terrace. Our room was super clean and you just feel like you do not wanna ever leave. Having breakfast outside with so much food and option was just perfect start of our day. 15 out of 10 ❤️❤️
Massimo was super friendly and helpful. He recommended some places to visit on our trip down to Cagliari. Place is clean. Good location within Sassari and we used it as a base to visit Alghero and other cities/beaches. We were able to find parking on the street a couple blocks away.
It's an older hotel, but very clean and the front desk staff were very nice.
Location was good because Via Vittorio Emmanuele runs right through the historic district. There's also a municipal parking lot a couple of blocks away.
It was a pleasant stay.
Mario, our host, was really welcoming, funny and caring. He made sure everything was in order and we had an awesome stay. 100% recommendable to all those who are searching for a well located, comfy room in the heart of Sassari.
I liked the communication with the contact person, the location is excellent, the studio has everything for a comfy and smooth stay in Sassari. It is a quiet area but 5 minutes walking distance from everything.
Cute little house situated in the Sassari’s historical center, quite area with soft lights and typical activities around it. Attention to detail inside
