Everything about this hotel was 10/10. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I am gluten free and they did everything to help accomodate for my needs. The buffet was great, the views were amazing, the staff were the best and the rooms were clean. I would go back here in a heart beat.

The staff were amazing including the owner, reception, restaurant, bar tender, ... etc. all of them were very friendly and supportive.
We arrived late around 11:00pm and we were hungry. The restaurant was closed but they opened for us and prepared delicious octopus and salmon salad.
I will definitely come again and recommend it to my friends. It was a great experience.

It's a lovely family-run business. They got to know you almost instantly and you were made to feel you were the only guests there! Always happy to help, nothing was too much effort. The hotel taxi service was great - always able to help. Breakfasts were world-class.

Location is amazing, convenient, easy access to public transport. Breakfast was delicious and always fresh. Staff were very well mannered and went above and beyond.
At Hotel Il Pino you decide where to have breakfast, on the terrace or on your private balcony; either way you have a fantastic view across the Amalfi Coast.

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Il Pino for 3 nights. It was in the centre of Praiano in regards to bars and restaurants, a few minutes either side. Of course, it has the most breathtaking view just like the pictures, worth every cent for the view alone. The pool facilities were wonderful, a little chilly upon getting in but it is just what you need on a very hot day. The breakfast was fantastic, it's self service mostly and eat as much as you like. The cappuccinos are especially outstanding we never had until arriving and have had them every day since. Housekeeping was excellent, we received fresh towels and housekeeping every day which is not always the case but great to see it. The staff in all areas of hotel, reception, breakfast staff, restaurant staff, pool staff and the night porter were all exceptional. They honestly were brilliant and a real assest to the hotel. Managment should be very proud of all!! About an hour after checkout I received a message from the hotel saying I forgot my car keys which was obviously a little stressful. The receptionist (forget her name brown long hair), went out of her way to deliver them to me personally in Positano in the evening after her work shift. This was such a help as if we had to go back it would have spoiled the day between buses and waiting and our plans for the current day. Really grateful for everyone at Hotel Il Pino and we will definitely return some day. 10/10, we would highly recommend.

Priano is very small, so it is less expensive than the other cities close by. The church and the local neighborhood around were enjoyable. The fine restaurants were very expensive, and the moderate priced restaurants were hit and miss.

We love Priania we have been there several times and it never disappoints. It’s a small town but everything you need is there the bus service to Positano and Amalfi is very handy. We were disappointed that the ferries weren’t operating yet so we didn’t get to Capri but all the more reason to come back again.

There's not a lot to do in Praiano itself but it's a great place to stay for day trips to Positano and Amalfi with frequent buses stopping in the village. It was good to be away from the crowds in the evenings and whilst small the choice and standard of restaurants was good

Buses to and from neighbouring Amalfi and positano are cheap but don't necessarily arrive on time !! Tickets must be purchased in advance at little shops. The locals are very friendly and happy to point you in the right direction and if you need help with the steep stairs take the little local
Bus for one euro that runs exactly in time and to listen to the locals is a joy. Such a community feel and a great feel good boost !!

The Sentieri degli Dei was my favorite.
The Sentieri degli Dei was my favorite. We walked from Praiano to Positano and had lunch in Nochelle. The walk up the to the church and the views were wonderful. The little town on the hillside was clean and bright and wonderful for anyone who does not mind walking up and down many steps. I would recommend that future travellers not spend much time in either Positano or Amalfi. Both were crowded and very touristy.

A great value to stay as "home base".
A great value to stay as "home base". We did day trips to Positano and Amalfi each day via water taxi. The bus would have been much more economical but we wanted to see each town from the water and the taxis provided a mini tour of the coast with each trip. We did want to take the city bus to the beach on a Sunday AM, but after waiting about 20 minutes it passed our stop by b/c it was packed full. We decided to do the 30 minute walk to Il Gavitella beach and discovered some nice small shops and the San Gennaro church.
The town itself has great restaurant options including Il Pirata, Franchino and La Moressa.
Everything about our stay at Villa Il Frantoio was perfect. The location is ideal, situated in a great part of Praiano with easy access to the best views and restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh and the view from the breakfast location was incredible. The staff was all helpful, kind, fun and all went out of their way to make us feel at home. Giulio and his entire team were beyond compare and we just wish we were still there. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Praiano.
The staff are one of the best I have ever experienced, they were helpful and overall wonderful people! The room was spacious with a gorgeous view. The breakfast was great, in fact the hotel restaurant was great too! The proximity to the beach is excellent, super close, they also have a private platform with ladder that goes directly into the sea. Busses stop right in front of the hotel, this makes it convenient to go to other towns on the coast. A spectacular place to stay, they have my highest rating!
Praiano generally and La Conchiglia specifically were a haven of calm hidden away from the madness of the rest of the Amalfi Coast. The hotel and the accompanying restaurant is a lovely family business, run by a delightful 3 generation family. The Nonna (who started the business) continues to cook excellent meals. Her complimentary fresh croissants and cooked breakfasts were outstanding. The location is amazing, only 25 metres or so from the beach and immediately below the SITA bus stop.
This hotel/ room is amazing! Literally one of the best views in Praiano! The room was huge and super cute, clean and modern. The bathroom was huge and well equipped. The balcony was amazing, I didn't want to leave. I had dinner on the balcony because it was a better view then most places. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan on coming back! If you're considering Praiano as an alternative to Positano or Amalfi, do it!!
we loved everything about this place. I’ve never seen a room so perfectly clean, which was so impressive to me and much appreciated. The decor was gorgeous. The balcony has literally the most perfect view and a super nice jacuzzi tub. The hosts are super nice and accommodating. They provided tons of great recommendations. There is even onsite parking for about half the cost of any other place around that is even enclosed in a garage! Absolute best hotel I’ve been to in Italy.
This boutique hotel is the perfect place to stay in Praiano. Its rooms have a beautiful view to the ocean, the staff are wonderful, helpful and extremely welcoming! Breakfast was delicious and generous. It’s 10 minutes away from a beach, you have 3 nearby restaurants and a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. We loved staying at Hotel Holiday and would definitely come back!
Everything was perfect! The view from our room was amazing and Miguel is the best and most kind person in Italy! He gave us directions and many helpful advices. A very good and happy person! We are going to miss Diana’s cake every morning and the amazing view. Priano is a very beautiful and quiet village with positano view so it was a great choice to stay there!
We had a great time! Thank you ♥️
an absolutely incredible hotel - the beach club was the highlight (must try the frozen watermelon margarita!) loved swimming in the sea
and the salt water pool. the room was spacious and the view from our balcony was stunning. the complimentary shuttle to Praiano was great and really fun - like a golf cart. Just couldn’t fault a thing about the hotel and wish our stay was a week longer!
We stayed here for two nights and had the most wonderful time. After 14 years of coming to Praiano this hotel is by far the best I have stayed in with a stunning view and great location. The best part of our trip we’re the wonderful staff who treated us so well. Would 10/10 recommend this property to a friend or anyone wanting a unforgettable holiday. We will be back next year.
Rafaelle was an incredible host and this location had the most incredible vista of both Praiano, Positano, and the coast. The unit was much larger than anticipated and had a lovely deck to lounge in the sun and enjoy the views. The unit was located within walking distance to the center Praiano and close to the local bus stations for quick access to Positano and Amalfi.
Lovely hotel with a very authentic Italian feel to it, staff are superb, could'nt be more helpful, excellent breakfast and great view from our room. Shuttle service always available to drop or collect you from the beach or town. Would also recommend Praiano as a good base to stay to explore the whole area, much more chilled than Positano and not as expensive.
My stay at Casa Clara in Praiano, Italy, was absolutely fantastic! Nadia, the host, made me feel incredibly welcome and her hospitality was exceptional. The hotel's breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast were simply amazing, and the appartment was both elegant and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect escape. Highly recommended!
Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the very fresh fruit/pastries and cook to order eggs. The views are spectacular. And Antonella was always available through text to answer any questions or make arrangements. The internal Praiano bus and Positano bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance - very convenient.
Praiano is an amazing location and beautiful views from the hotel and room we stayed in! It was a very close drive to Positano but away from all the crowds. There were so many nice restaurants within walking distance and close to marina di Praia beach. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
Really nice hotel, great staff and great location in Praiano. Hotel Restaurant was fabulous, best restaurant we found on our holiday.
Rooftop pool was really chill and also have great access to the one fire beech club and Cafe Mirante for sun downer cocktails.
Nice hotel, clean room and spacious, friendly staff, plenty of stairs but the great part was the view from our terrace: unspeakable beautiful 😍 Praiano is a good choice and easy to reach Amalfi and Positano.( Bus or water taxi)
Well done Bellavista!!
I chose the Hotel Margherita because of the reviews and location… it did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, the hotel staff went far beyond all expectations! The location is perfect for a getaway and for maneuvering the towns of the Amalfi coast.
Everything about this place was amazing. We loved the views, the breakfast, and the service!!! By far this was the best place we stayed during our 3-week trip to Italy. (We stayed in about 6 or 7 places total.)
Absolutely my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life on Earth. Incredible views, food, service, room, ect. It was a flawless experience and I will return if I come back to Italy!
