Staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. It was also quiet even though it was full at the time with guests and my room backed onto the dining room (this didn't effect me at all). Bathroom was very clean and lovely to use and very handy across the hall from my room

The flat was private, well equiped, comfortable and at a short distance from High Street. Brentwood is a small, nice town with enough shops, restaurants and pubs to have various choices. The environment is beautiful, biking a wonderful experience.

I didn't actually visit Brentwood but rather Southend and Basildon, this location was ideal as it was just of the Motorway which allowed me to easily drive in and out of areas of Essex and still get back to my hotel with relative ease.

We were there for a memorial service so we didn't get time to visit the city and sightsee.
Very impressed with the taxi driver as my sister lost her phone and it was handed in to the taxi office for her collection.
I was absolutely delighted with the overall accommodation, room and without doubt, the amazing friendly team. I was welcomed by Rus-lana on arrival and served breakfast by Camilla (sorry if names not spelt correctly). My room was warm, cosy and very nicely presented.
My full breakfast was enjoyable, hot and freshly cooked.
Definitely highly recommend and I will be staying there again on my next visit to Brentwood.
The room, the garden, the breakfast all make me so happy. They were quite busy with parties & afternoon tea, and yet we were treated like we were VIPs. We ate in the comfy chairs in a room with fireplace & lovely Tudor decor, fireplace & walls. Customer service was perfect! We previously stayed in Brentwood at this hotel in Dec & found it to be fabulous. Again this time, greatly delighted by our time here.
The facilities were excellent, very rare to find a hotel with a steam room, sauna, gym, hot tub and pool! Plus it’s a holiday Inn. Really didn’t feel like a Holiday Inn! The staff were friendly and helpful, thanks so much for making our stay pleasant. We will definitely stay again 😊
Awful service. Was told when trying to check in that the hotel was full and was told to leave. I was then also accused of not happy for the room which I actually paid for when the hotel staff eventually “found” me a room after a 40 min wait at reception.
I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was so well kept and comfortable as I booked one night to attend a family function and to be honest other hotels were fully booked or didn’t offer parking. It was a lovely quiet stay and gardens are stunning
The Marygreen Manor lives somewhere at the intersection of Grand Budapest Hotel and corner pub. The building is impressive, the kitchen is excellent and the service staff are Wes Anderson-esque. All in all, a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.
This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast in bed which was brilliant and they also offer 24 hour room service. If you are looking for a quite break I would recommend this place.
Clean, quiet despite being in centre of Brentwood, spacious, safe, lovely furnishings and tea/coffee/milk/sugar was nice touch as well as slippers if needed. Will return when visiting the area again. Very helpful and accommodating host.
Great location, friendly and reliable host. The property was cosy and had everything you needed for a week’s stay. Walking distance to Brentwood station if you’re planning on going into London.
This is a hidden gem! Loved the cleanliness of the room, it’s quiet and it’s a great location. Family run and lovely staff, thank you to all the staff at Brentwood guesthouse and God bless x

The hotel was excellent. Lovely and friend staff. Excellent grounds and scenery. Beautifully decorated. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Would definitely return. Very large bedroom.
The atmosphere of the place was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming (while being incredibly busy), the food was excellent and the hotel is beautiful.
