This is one of the best value hotels in Toulouse and is right next to the train station, so you'd be silly to expect luxury for that price. But the staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was clean, the breakfast (paid for) was good (and good value), the bed was comfy.

France’s 4th largest city, Toulouse abounds with beautiful red-brick buildings that have earned it the nickname Pink City. The focal point is Place du Capitole, a large square lined by restaurants and the grand Capitole building which is spectacularly lit at night. Equally impressive at night is the Pont-Neuf, a 16th-century bridge spanning the Garonne River.
This remarkably green city has many tree-lined boulevards and parks offering shade. It has a laidback, almost alternative vibe, perhaps due to its huge student population. The cuisine is also fantastic – try the regional duck and the cassoulet.
Must-see Toulouse sights include the UNESCO World Heritage-listed, 10th-century Basilica of Saint Sernin and the Georges Labit Museum, a fascinating collection of Asian and Egyptian artefacts. Record-breaking Stade Toulousain rugby union club is also based here – catch a match to experience the Gallic passion.
Out by Lasbordes Airport is Cité de l’Espace, a space-themed amusement park, particularly suited to young children. Another aviation-related feature is the city’s main industry - the Airbus-EADS factory, just north of Toulouse Blagnac Airport. Book in advance for a tour that includes the Airbus A380 production line.

The Abbatoir Contemporary Art Museum, the Bemberg Collection...
The Abbatoir Contemporary Art Museum, the Bemberg Collection and the murals in the Capitole were cultural highlights, but Toulouse is really all about being a 'flaneur' rather than individual sights. Unfortunately a couple of the museums on our list (Agustins, Chateau d'eau) were out of action while major improvements are underway, but we will certainly be back when they reopen. We bought a 3 day Pass Tourisme which was excellent value, but make sure you check opening times for sites as these are extremely variable. We would recommend Campagne and Restaurant 62 for dining.

Toulouse is a lovely, cozy, atmospheric city with beautiful architecture and promenade. Suitable for those who love walking along beautiful city streets. There is a very nice metro without a driver in the city. The city is not big, but not small either. Just right!

Toulouse is a brilliant city with many things to do, yes it is expensive but we had an amazing time and visited many galleries and museums. I would highly recommend buying the Tourist pass as we saved a lot of money.

It is so easy to get around.
It is so easy to get around. As expected, it feels more like a "real life city" than the craziness of Paris. More French people than tourists from 'all over'. It was busy in the shopping areas and restaurants, but it did not feel over-crowded.

Toulouse is a large and very vibrant city, with plenty of art, architecture, history, and music. We go for the opera, and I have not taken an opportunity to explore beyond the Place du Capitole. Driving can be difficult because of one-way streets at crazy angles, and the GPS is never up to date as roads are closed and directions are changed.
We had a lovely stay here for a couple of nights whilst travelling across France. The hotel staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and functional.
The location was close to local shops, supermarkets and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It was easy to get to the city centre for sightseeing and it is close to transport links.
The hotel supplied an excellent breakfast and lovely pool. This was most welcome during a 40°C heat wave. Highly recommended.
Excellent location, easy to access from the airport by tram then a short walk or 1 metro stop.
Busy multicultural area felt very safe and lots of local shops and eateries
Easy walk to Toulouse centre or bus, metro, bikes for rent on the doorstep.
Comfortable and very quiet even on the main street with the window closed.
Reasonably equipped for 2 people, however, apart from the plates and the water glasses, nothing else matches.
It was my first time visit to Toulouse with my daughter. Location of the hotel is superb, within walking distance to the the City Centre, Metro, Public Transport & the Tourist Information Centre. Receptionists are very friendly, professional and will assists you with whatever you will need. I would recommend the hotel to my family or friends who will be visiting the city of Toulouse.
Value for money and excellent location. The centre is a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
Direct bus from/to the airport, stopping by only 5 mins away from the hotel. There's also a central bus terminus nearby.
Very good breakfast served with fresh delicacies (pastries, delicatessen and others).
Quiet room and neighbourhood.
The hotel was very well located, right across the street from Toulouse Matabiau gare and the bus stop for the airport shuttle. Besides this, the hotel staff was very nice and helpfull. The breakfast was amazing and the accomodations were clean and tidy. Also, in the afternoon was always at our disposal a sweet treat and hot beverages. It was a really nice experience.
Very happy with this brand new hotel located in a quiet residential area, but on the main bus route to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, having kitchen facilities in the room was great bonus too. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk from the city centre, but we thoroughly enjoyed finding different routes to use, along the canal, through the park etc
The location was great! In front of the bus station and centrally located … walking distance to Toulouse Matabiau train station and near to the shopping street and restaurants ..The airport shuttle bus stops literally just a few steps away from the hotel. From Toulouse airport… the 3rd stop is just few steps to the hotel.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the centre of the city and close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The room was a good decent size and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a short stay so in terms of the purpose of my visit to Toulouse the hotel was fairly good.
Lovely, newly renovated hotel in the heart of Toulouse. Walkable to the sights of the city. There are plenty of restaurants close by.
The bed was comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Pleasant front desk and breakfast room staff was welcoming. It was truly a memorable stay.
The staff was fantastic! They were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great location to experience the life and culture of Toulouse. We had a great time exploring the city on foot and on a bus tour. We thought Toulouse was a wonderful city.

Toulouse was very good within walking distance. The hotel seems to have been modedernised in a pleasent manner. Only for a one night stay.
The hotel and room are clean and the location is perfect as it is in the center of Toulouse. The breakfast was nice although one would have expected a bit better from this brand and for a 4* hotel. The parking agreement work quite nicely as well.
Open a window and see the main square in the city. A modern, sophisticated, very clean hotel with an amazing staff, who constantly just want to help. Small lobby with free coffee. Great breakfast. And all of Toulouse is within easy reach
The hotel rooms have been renovated and has a modern feel. The location is perfect as a base for day trips around Toulouse, like Carcassonne and Albi since it is just across the train station. Staff is friendly.
Beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms are a good size and shower is great. Food from the restaurant was really good (when it was open). The pool is really lovely and heated. Free airport transfers were a plus.
