Komandoo Island Resort & Spa, hotel in Naifaru

Offering a spa centre and a private beach area, Komandoo Island Resort & Spa is located in Komandoo. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV.

Staff, layout, reef, fish, seaplane journey, hearing distant call to prayer on breeze, sunset, proximity of doctor, absence of motor sport, flexibility of snorkelling instructors, occasional bird life, attitude to environment. A basic cabin on sunset side with view to distant inhabited island suited us well.

Fushifaru Maldives - 50 percent discount on transfers till 30 Sep 2024 on FB & AI for 04 nights or above, hotel in Naifaru

On the far North East border of Lhaviyani Atoll, sits the new exquisite little island of Fushifaru Maldives, only a 35-minute breath-taking seaplane flight away from Velana International Airport.

Liked · We loved the small touches and gestures. On both arrival and departure there were Fushifuri employees to meet us and assist us. They also did little things like write kind messages for us when we got back to our room like “have a good day today”. It was really sweet.

I would not recommend staying at Naifaru, since it's a local island so you have to cover up your shoulders and knees at all times, even on the beach. It's better to save up money for the Maldives and splurge and stay at a resort. Also, don't travel during the rainy season. The weather was pretty bad the whole week I was there except for a few hours of sunshine one day.
