The hotel is very clean, rooms really spacious and bathrooms are also really spacious and well equipped. The location is great for families, in a safe area with a small Alej for a nice walk in the evening too

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. You can park directly in front of the hotel for free or use the close and guarded parking for a fee of 8 eur/day. I think that’s a great thing then you don’t need to think about parking in Milano center. It’s very close to airport by walk, even feels safe at night. Or you can take a shuttle for 3 eur per person. From airport Milano Duomo is 12 mins by subway. Hotel reception is also selling tickets. Breakfast was good enough you can find whatever you need. The staff was nice and helpful. Next time if I come again Milano, I’ll stay there.

It was nice to have a whole well equipped apartment for use. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who gave us keys and showed the apartment. Nearby facilities offered everything we needed.

Although it is close to train station, which was convinient, the neighborhood didn't seem to be totally safe especially at night, and you have to walk up a bridge (having a spiral ramp) and walk for about 5-6 minutes on that bridge to go from one side of the road to the other side, where the hotel is. If you have car, it might be more comfortable.

Excellent location and services for catching a flight out of Linate or when needing a bed on flying into Linate before continuing the journey. The rooms are excellent with very comfortable bed and with useful bathroom amenities. The food and wine in the restaurant were very good. The whole hotel staff from front desk, bar, restaurant and shuttle bus were all very friendly and helpful as well as being very courteous and professional.

The mist horrible and dangerous looking place.
The mist horrible and dangerous looking place. We never gained entrance as there was nobody to let us in. We went there twice but still no one to let us in. We had to look for alternative Accomodation but we couldn’t get one until about 2am as everywhere were fully booked. The worst experience of our lives.

It was close to Linate airport.
It was close to Linate airport. Had shuttle service to/from the hotel. The charge from hotel back to the airport was 3 Euros per person and was there within 10 minutes. However, they are very strict about the 2PM check-in time and will not offer an early check-in would have been nice after arriving in the morning after flight from the US. I knew that when messaging the hotel before we left the US, but hoped a room might be available. The front desk was helpful for us to get to the Milan train station the next morning.

As far as I can tell, the primary reason for going to Segrate is to reach Linate airport. That may be unfair, but that is the only reason I went there. We had spent a few days in Milan before a trip to other places in northern Italy; but this stop was merely to get us to the airport on time for our trip home.

Overall I found the best western a good hotel option for flight convenience. Front desk staff were excellent but felt it was a shame about the restaurant as it was a let down especially as I had read mostly good reviews so was quite a disappointment as we hadn’t had a chance to eat before we arrived.
Be careful prices are not listed like in the booking.com
Every day it’s news price per night can be $350 . In booking.com was listed as $100 per night , prices are exaggerated it’s old dated facility. Very fishy, it’s quite expensive for this type of hotel it’s too far from Center on Milan , Uber can be from here to Milan $90, with metro you cab take the bus its 20 min , be aware metro doesn’t work until too late you will going to pay extra for the Uber . I’m not recommending to stay here to anyone, avoid this place.
10-minute walk to Linate airport, which was perfect for my early morning flight. Even though there’s no restaurant, the bar offers a selection of dishes (from burgers to salads to flatbreads) that are tasty. The Mediterranean flatbread is a must (very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food). There were plenty or people downstairs enjoying a drink and having dinner and the mood was really nice and festive for an Airport hotel. The value for money is also very good!
The place is verry accessible in milan it took 30 to 25 mints in the center and the buss stop is just 7mints walk from the place and beside of the hotel have a pizza resto bar its cool anyway if you want to chill or either want to eat. The place is clean and thestaff is accommodating and easy to communicate with him specially we are asian but luckily most of the people in milan they speak english
Over all its a nice place and always clean specially the room and toilet
i like the whole thing of the property. i am so glad that I choose this Residenza Segrate. it was perfect to stay here and it is close to the airport. the rooms are big and it is complete, all you need is there, the bathroom, kitchen and also kitchen wares. and surprisingly my room has a terrace that I didn’t expected.
There are several negative reviews here. I do not know if that could be another ving of the hotel. We found our room to be quiet, clean, good bed, fair size bathroom, nice towels and toiletries, and the aircon was working fine. The floor was of wood (and clean). The furniture was also good.
the rooms are small BUT the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was awesome!
Room was quite
I didn't try the breakfast, I left too early. The shuttle was 3 euros and 3 minutes to the airport
i walked from the airport to the hotel but took a shuttle the next day
Super friendly staff and an amazing pice for the rooms. Usually hotels would charge a lot more for a lot less.
The rooms were clean, the bed was soft & huge! Lots of space and storage. It has everything you need & at such a reasonable price.
Lovely stay! The hotel is super clean, modern and comfortable. Staff are lovely and has a great atmosphere. Short walk to the airport (less than 10 minutes). I would recommend to anyone who needs a easy stay near the airport
It is rather close to Hospital San Raffaele.
On my way to the hospital I can stop a grocery store on the way
The bus stop is close to the hotel
The restaurant at the ground floor was a good choice for me
The lake is nice
Those that work at the hotel were incredibly generous with assisting me in figuring out transportation and booking my travel tickets while finding my way around the city.
Everyone that worked there was very kind.
The staff is efficient they speak English and other languages, the restaurant is excelent, the amenities it was a nice touch and free shutle every 10 min provided by the hotel was very useful.
