The location is great if you are travelling by car. I found the secure car park in the courtyard very convenient. It's then easy to take the motorway from there. To visit the city centre (which I recommend), you need to take the car or the bus. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Pavia is very nice city, with a lot of students and low quantity of tourists. Has quite many places to visit, although nice pathway near the river, Pavia needs to be descovered by feet. As well Milan is reachable easily less than 30 min by train. City has many nice restaurants where local eat every day, you can get lunch deal for 12-15€ per person ant that's include first, second plate glass of wine usually even a dessert. Want to feel more like local take aperitivo in Piazza della Vittoria where coctail will cost like 7-8€ and full plate of snacks included.

A pleasant untouristy city with some lovely old streets and cathedral in the centre. The Certosa, a few miles north, is breathtaking and more stunning than many cathedrals - which is saying something in Italy!
We also used Pavia as a quieter location from which to visit Milan. Frequent trains go there and they are very cheap.

Compact, clean and easy to access with beautiful historic building and a good vibe, a small city with a country feel and not as congested as Milan. A great position to visit the little know ultra-po-pavese region of Borgo Priolo area with its fantastic-not-to-be missed Veciu Alpin in Casteggio

If you plan to visit Milan, visit this lovely town for a day or two! It has a lot of interesting places to go for a walk and opportunities for a scavenger hunt! The people living there are very kind and helpful! For an authentic Italian dinner, visit "Il Piccolo Arcobaleno" pizzeria.

Small city with a calm and nice flair combined with history (university, cathedral, bridge) and good food. Try out the risotto typical for that area. If you are in a rush, one day is enough to see everything.

Beautiful historical city with warm receptive people.
Beautiful historical city with warm receptive people. I stay around University of Pavia. It was a very busy and lively environment, surrounded by shopping malls in the major streets leading to the wide open city centre.
The booking was managed entirely online and via WhatsApp. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment was large, extremely clean and comfortable The beds were very nice as was the bathroom. We didn't cook, but everything was there to do so. Breakfast was just across the street at a very nice cafe.Would be perfect for a longer stay and/or more guests. It's very close to the station, in a lovely area with lots of shops and restaurants. Pavia is a great little city to visit. Very lively and welcoming.
The Apartment-hotel La Ca' di sogn is a small residential building with apartments. We opted not for the smallest least-expensive one, but one with two rooms. It had a nice bathroom with shower as well. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Most convenient was that we could walk 10min to the town centre from La Ca' di sogn. Pavia is a lovely place to visit and this apartment hotel made our visit perfect !
Almost nothing. The host's behaviour was awful. On the hotel site, it was said BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. But the offer was only a coffee machine. When I asked for early check-in of 2 hours, first was told to pay a fee of 10 euros, but imagine, for only 1 hour, the request was to pay 30 euros???! Finaly, the host decided to deliver the keys after at 17,30, after HER working time.
Super clean. Great location: walking distance to the center and the main train station, the bus stop is just across the street (with access to buses number 3 and 7 which are very long bus lines going inside the city). Friendly staff. Super functioning AC in the rooms (you'll need it if you travel to Pavia during summer -it's crazy hot!).
Absolutely loved this place. Paolo was as a super host - he helped us carry in the luggage and was available for any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast in the majestic dining room. Great location, super central. This will be our go-to location whenever we go to Pavia.
Avital was very attentive, and helpful on things to see and do in beautiful Pavia. The location is great for walking around the old town. The secure parking was well worth the extra charge. Comfortable, large bed. And it was quiet!
The hotel was in a perfect location, 2 minutes from the train station and an easy walk to the historical centre. The room was a good size, basic but comfortable. The bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was an added cost and very basic.
great location- 1 hour walk to Pavia center, super welcoming staff, everything clean and quiet, no problem with parking, safe to leave the baby carriage right in the yard next to apartment, good eggs at the breakfast:)
Beautiful, spacious apartment with large bathroom and toiletries available. Host was very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable bed and linens. A perfect stop when travelling from the north of Italy to the south.
I was met on arrival and it was super easy to check in. The apartment is beautiful and was the perfect space for my stay in Pavia! Not hard to find at all and the host was very communicative.
The hotel's self-check in was smooth and the instructions were clear.
The hotel offered great privacy with no disturbances or interruptions.
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood
The hotel location is very convenient, very close to the train station and the city center.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming and helped out with any questions or requests. Would definitely come back there next time while in Pavia
