Amazing stay, staff were so good. Room was lovely. Location could not have been better. Very quiet in Orta in May so that is worth considering but it worked for us.

It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist attractions, making it a perfect place to have a relaxed vacation. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great.

The room and the hotel was great but the hotel had accepted a party which meant that the dining room was closed to residents which i think is unacceptable

The hotel is in good location, just up to 10 minutes walk down hill to the mains square. It is good that the hotel offers free parking. The room had balcony with the nice view to the lake. The room was clean. Breakfast was good with big choice of different food. The staff of the hotel was really friendly.

The staff was terrific, the food was delicious, the lake wasn't overly touristy, and our large room was really nice. There is a sandy beach, a snack bar(with adult + beverages),an ice-cream cart, and water-based activities.
