The staff was friendly and the resort was clean, although it was a little bit older. Pool area nice but very crowded and loud, it was not really relaxing. Rooms were clean and brand new, comfortable beds and a nice balcony with sea view/pool view.

I enjoyed breakfasts and dinners. Dinners had a thematic dinners with variety of food, we witnessed a performance from Sicilian band. The lobby with live music in the evening creates an amazing atmosphere.
I wish hotel introduced free shuttles to the hotel from the nearest train station ((the closest train station is Campofelice is 10 min away by car). No ubers around and taxis are quite expansive if you plan to go visit locations around.

A beautiful little town in Sicily!
A beautiful little town in Sicily! During summer there is a fantastic programme of events. The town is lovely with everything you would need. A great place to have dinner and take an evening stroll.
The lungomare is also fantastic and I would recommend finding this too!

very relaxing spot - but we probably should have planned our trips better as Sicily is a lot larger than we had thought and there is a lot to see. Our self drive round trip to Etna - was 8 hours drive.

The host is very polite and happy to help.
The host is very polite and happy to help. She offered us Sicilian sweets (paste di mandorle) and drink (gazzosa) at our arrival. She also offered us a lift to the closest train station, but we were already organised in another way.

Everything was excellent and pleasant! Hotel is great brand new, and location is good. All staff were nice, at the reception , at bar, at spa/massage, pool guys, cleaning ladies, very friendly and helpful. We had great time with our kids. Breakfast was good continental breakfast, perhaps as slight improvement to already cornettos on offer, I would add cornetto con pistacchio on the offer ;-)
Also a proper Italian espresso machine would top it to perfect! But these are just small suggestions to an already excellent hotel.
The hotel and premises are absolutely astounding, dare I say surreal - clearly a lot of effort has gone into building something remarkable. There are flowering plants everywhere, in front of the balconies and even on top of the buildings. And palm trees all over. And an enormous swimming pool with artificial "islands". The beach is decent, although somewhat rocky. Ample parking space. Music in the evening, but good stuff and not too loud.
Everything at the resort was amazing, a bit far from main attractions, but if you’re looking for relaxation this is it. We preferred the buffet and xtratime sportsbar. The staff were wonderful, especially Francesco who served us at the buffet everyday and took initiative to learn my kids names and know their food preparation preferences, the personal greeting each meal by name made it extra special.
This is an amazing hotel with great staff, very good facilities. Pools were great! Beach is pebbly but the sea is very good for swimming. All the members of the entertainment team were lovely. Hotel is beautiful. Very nice rooms. Food was really tasty in the buffet. Great Lunch at Portofino restaurant. Would not make a big effort to book the a la carte restaurants as buffet food is better.
Friendly staff and very good WiFi everywhere.
Cleanliness of the room and hotel.
Variety of inclusive food and drinks at the restaurant and lobby bar.
Very good espresso. They could provide some snakes in-between restaurants opening hours.
The spacious and modern rooms, with the sea views.
Proximity to Cefalù.
Parking is very good, free and secured.
The place was a bit aside from the main road as we preferred.
Carlo was a fantastic host with an exceptional knowledge on local history, cultural sites...We had one dinner at the hotel and it was amazing. Carlo also knows which wine to combine with the dinner. It was certainly one of the best hotel experiences we ever had.
We liked everything. The hotel is amazing. It's modern and clean, the staff is kind, and the swimming area is relaxing.
We recommend it to everyone, even though it's not in Cefalu, you only need 20 minutes from it.
We liked the hotel a lot, the stuff were super nice, they were very receptive and kind. It was clean, the beach was clean, near the hotel. The cocktails were super nice. The hotel overall is fantastic.
Amazing new hotel with such a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Everything is so stylish with a lot of greenery making you feel you are in your own oasis. Highly recommending it.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of choice with the food, and drinks were 'branded' labels.
