This was a real treat - the food was exceptional. Great choices at dinner and superb fish. Breakfast was also an incredible spread with all options catered for and the quality was very high. The staff clearly took pride in the food presented.
Room was very well appointed.

The area is beautiful and long walks around the beach are a must. The accommodation was lovely and it felt like we were in a little village. The local wildlife was extraordinary and very entertaining to watch over the beautiful landscape.
Down the road are two wonderful pubs, The Fort and The Boat House, Both provide delicious food although the Boat House was quite expensive.
The area provides easy access to Ryde and Newport which leads to most of the Island. The roads are easy to drive with no Motorways or busy commuter roads. No matter where you go the scenery is breathtaking. Seaview is a lovely town, very clean and the people are extremely friendly. We would certainly return.

As an elderly couple with movement problems the nearby seawall and promenade allowed us to enjoy daily walks overlooking the Solent. The variety of yachts, cruise ships and speed boats moving between the mainland and the Island and going out to sea giving us an interesting view.

Seaview has a large dog friendly beach and several eating places nearby that are happy to let dogs in. It is close to Ryde for the hovercraft to the mainland and shops, adventure playgrounds and places to eat.

Seaview its self is very small with very few facilities but is a nice area for sailing or walking along the sea wall. There are a couple of nice pubs in the area but both seemed to be a bit on the expensive side for drinks and food.
Excellent location adjacent to the seafront with only 5 mins walk to the centre of Seaview. Lovely decking outside. Ideal for a glass of wine in the sun! Everything in the property is modern, of good quality and very clean. Comfortable beds and a good shower room with plenty of hot water. Extensive library of DVDs to view. We know the area well, but if you don't, check on local facilities, as it is a bit secluded -part of the attraction!
Really great, spacious and light holiday let! Prefer to sleep in separate rooms (snoring)? No problem! We each had our comfortable room with bathroom. It worked out perfectly! More than enough space for parking. Quiet and nice atmosphere all around. Great access to the beaches nearby. Lovely for bicycling. Easy to get anywhere from the location. The site felt secure and everybody around was friendly.
Excellent hotel, located at Seaview. Staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms at the back of the hotel and are nice and quiet. Only complaint was a truck or van arriving outside at 03:30 AM.
Otherwise nice hotel and would stay again. Breakfast was very good. it was so delicious would have loved another portion!
Owner had thought of everything that you might need for a self-catering holiday plus hotel-like extras such as tea, coffee, milk, soap, shower gel, etc. Plenty of cleaning materials. Maps, leaflets, games provided. Free parking nearby. Good place for walks.
handy base to explore from, large deck to sunbathe on, well equipped but small , we really enjoyed the island lots of very good pubs cafe's etc, lots of nice beaches and historic sites, the steam railway is a must.
Facilities are outstanding with an amazing view and easy links to public transport. 10- 15 minutes walk to the beach.
We had a very relaxing holiday and would 100% recommend this beautiful place to anyone.
Location was fantastic. Seaview is lovely and so peaceful. So easy to get to other parts of the island, and very relaxing just to stay there. Also very dog friendly, which was so lovely.
