We had a great stay at the Beach House. It was really clean, comfortable and convenient. Also had all the amenities we needed. The access to the beach was brilliant and particularly enjoyed by my stepson and border collie.

Nardinis ice cream parlour and fish and chip premises is rightly famous, well worth a visit. So is the lovely Haylies hotel farther on for steak etc. The Seamill Hydro next door is a fab hotel with a lovely pool but does loads of weddings. There is lots more too.
There is the wonderful nearby coastal walk near Portencross and a castle there to see.

Stunning location, comfortable, clean room with amazing bathroom, ours had a TV above the bath. Staff were all fabulous 👌
Leisure facilities amazing 👏
Food was great, catering specifically to my gluten energy with so many choices. Highly recommended ❤️
The village it was located in was lovely, beautiful and had a lot of heritage and the hotel added to it also. The locals were friendly, welcoming and courteous. The hotel itself was beautifully located, room was modern, spotless and wonderfulI. The staff very polite and professional. I most certainly would return and I think me and my partner have found a nice regular wee getaway home for the future. Highly recommend this hotel. 10/10 all round.
Very friendly and helpful check-in - I got a call en-route to check what time I would be checking in and everything was ready for me. Very comfortable room, great bed, well equipped bathroom and plenty of working space. Very nice outside garden area and views are stunning (it was a very pleasant couple of evenings). Good food in the restaurant and reasonably priced for a good hotel.
In Seamill this is one of two hotels that you can stay in. The location is really good with plenty of parking and located next to the beach. It is a little dated but extremely well maintained. If I have to stay again in the area I would not even look for another hotel and just book the Seamill Hydro Hotel again :-).
Great breakfast options. Easy location just south of Largs. Ample parking. Easy journey back to the motorway. Great value for money and very responsive staff. Lovely outdoor space to the rear of the hotel and great views of Arran and Bute.
The staff were lovely, the view was absolutely amazing, and the room was spacious and clean (apart from a few minor things). The room itself was warm due to hot weather however the hotel provided a fan which was also great.
The hotel was very welcoming by Monica from entering as well as the restaurant staff.
The hotel was spotless and the room was very nice.
We had dinner & breakfast which were very nice.
The hotel is stylish & comfortable with lovely sea views even on a December day. Love to make return visits to Seamill & then friends are inspired to return also.
