Room was great, in a separate house so we had the needed peace in a very specific situation (Taylor Swift's concerts in Murrayfield). Great garden, lovely breakfast, nice bed and facilities.

On a bus route from Waverley to airport, and handy for a couple of great little restaurants. The room was large, bright and clean. We didn’t try the breakfast.

It was a great stay. Amazing bright room with an even more comfortable bed. Best location for airport transport and 2mi walk to the Old Town. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty too. We spent 2 nights. We will definitely book again next time in Edinburgh.
