You could not find a better location to stay in London. The setting was immense and beautiful everywhere you looked. The rooms were comfy and well laid out and being so close to transport links and it's absolutely perfect. Do not ever book a chain hotel again in London when you can stay here. Amin the receptionist was top class in everything he did and recommended. Cannot praise him or the hotel enough.

Situated just on the A1, this hotel is only 16 miles from popular Wembley Stadium and the Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio in Leavesden is just 15 miles away.

Absolutely beautiful old house, set in stunning gardens in a great location. The staff were great, in particular the Irish guy (sorry- didn’t get his name) running the bar!

So much to love here! Surroundings/Location was amazing. Room (deluxe king) was so lovely, comfortable and really clean! Check in and out was really easy, quick and efficient. Spa facilities were OK, nothing necessarily to shout about, but they were nice. Food was amazing! We dined in the Glasshouse where they have their buffet. Not an ordinary buffet, it's around £80, but the choice is incredible, the quality was 10/10, flavours etc, just amazing. Staff were super attentive. Definitely didn't get £80's worth, but only because I was so full. But it was nice to be able to eat one plate of curry, then pasta then a roast! Great selection. Breakfast was also a buffet and with a great selection once again. Unlike a lot of buffets, it was actually very clean and replenished constantly. We booked as it was our 10 year anniversary, the hotel had some anniversary chocolates waiting in our room which was a lovely touch! Overall, amazing stay, just looking at the diary to try and book 2 nights this time!

The staff were fantastic and the location for our trip was amazing, the room was very quaint with beams and uneven floors fitting of a building from 1642, There were a few cosmetic issues but this did not detract from the experience, I would highly recommend this facility, the pub and food were extremely good as well.
