Nice clean room, with TV and fridge. Electronic locks on all doors. Free on road parking in designated spot. Nice, quiet house in a family neighbourhood. Bathroom and shower all good.

This hotel is currently under construction and rooms are across a dark parking lot that has construction workers around and under construction ..it was noisy. I had flown all night and wanted to nap a very Loud under me I did call and ask for another room but was told construction all day at the moment. Also not happy with how far my room was from front area. Room was clean but wouldn’t have stayed if known about issues ahead. Also had my family pick me up from their parking lot and he was sent a 100 pound ticket for that:(. So unnecessary and fortunately my cousin complained and was excused but that is ridicules for just a pick up!

This place is awful!
This place is awful! Basically it is rooms in a flat above a very scruffy looking closed restaurant with no staff at all on the premises.
After a 280 mile trip arrived at 6pm and the premises were all locked up and there were no staff there. You are supposed to check in at the restaurant but it was closed. So had to wait outside. Called the number for the property on booking.com over and over again but it just went to voicemail. Looking through the emails found a different number and called it and left a message. A guy called back (eventually) at 8pm and he was extremely rude, and threatened to cancel the booking. He said he had not had any missed calls (even though he was calling me back)! He just gave me a code to put into the keysafe to find a card. This is so insecure, anyone could have that code and I could have been anyone - there were no checks. So after 2h of being abandoned in a strange place on the road I was able to access the accommodation - how welcoming!
The property boasts 'wifi, restaurant, bar, room service, business centre' but none of these things were provided. You have to climb over the foot of your bed to go to bed as the 'double' room is so small there is no room between the walls and the bed. The toilet and shower are shared. Even though it is called b&b there is no facility to have breakfast. Not only is there no 'business centre' but there is not even a table or shelf in the room to out your lao top!

I grew up in Grays. I left in 2005 when I was 22. Coming back here, I hoped to show my son all my old favourite places. The town has really taken a nosedive and I really couldnt wait to leave. Its dirty and unkempt. It really didn't give and positive nostalgia at all. I sadly said a very welcome goodbye to the place knowing I'll never return.

I like the security of the place but no Table and chair in the room. No reception on ground to take the key while checking out. I dropped the key on the Table when I didn’t know what to do, not to miss my train by 7:45am.
They should be more organized. No soap in the bathroom.
There in no directive on how to on the heater in the room, to keep the room warming, because of the cold weather.
Lovely hotel and grounds nestled away. Stayed for a wedding nearby in July.
Very welcoming and helpful staff from reception to room service.
Experienced a very friendly atmosphere with other guests too, which was a real delight.
Rooms are a little dated in the outer building but very clean. A great location too.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
Thank you
I do not use booking.com anymore because of what they did with the saphire hotel. They made me pay for a price, and when i got to he hotel, they attempted to ask for extra money. They are crooks and my money not refunded. I never recommend booking.com to even my enemies.
Ibis London Thurrock M25 is perfect and i love all about it and booking.com can go to hell.
The room was in the standard of any hotelroom, and all very clean. It was a bit odd how to first 'check in' since you have to walk into someones garden, and then leave(!) the garden at another gate to access the room in another building. However when finally inside, it was great and clean. ...and most important: not overpriced!
Regular user of this hotel - always efficient and professional on check in and read, acknowledge and action any special requests. Good parking. Food available which offers good value. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable - more so now as at last the pillows have been upgraded!!!!!!:)
I would like the hotel to,Give more time for,
Deyuse. The time given from 10:00 Am to 5:00 Pm
Is it doesn't helping enough for chilling out during the day.
In regards another, Ibis hotel in London Heathrow Airport the price is cheap £52 for Dayuse during the day from 09:00Am to 06:00 Pm
I have stayed at this hotel many times, its an ideal location for me with working at the local docks. The rooms are tight but have everything you require, big free car park and the price is always reasonable for what you are getting. The hotel is always busy which speaks for itself I guess.
The hotel is in a very convenient location. For the price, it is very elegant. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and staff couldn’t do enough to help.
We booked for a party of 11, bed, breakfast and dinner - as the restuarant was full with another party, the hotel gave us our own function room with waitress service. We were very delighted.
I booked this hotel as the rooms have air-con and having stayed here previously I know what to expect. Everywhere was clean, the bar was good, my room was comfy and very quiet.
lovely hotel, great staff very helpful management on top level. Quick assistance. Very impressed. Thank you Best Westen for your kind support for my stays S. Kaur
