From the moment we arrived we were looked after, the spare bed wasn't quite ready so we were given vouchers for complementary drinks and ice cream for our daughter. All the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were amazing and there was plenty of activities to keep out 7 year old busy.
