Nothing to like was disgusting mouldy walls smelly couldn't stay there had to get another hotel!!!!! On the plus side the staff were friendly in the short time on the premises.

The room was nice and spacious, nicely decorated and lovely views from the windows. The restaurant and bar were both lovely with nice views aswell. Breakfast was great as were the spa facilities. Would definitely come back!

Great staff and service. Lovely breakfast options, either continental or full cooked breakfast. Great choice for evening meals including carvery options. Room had everything we needed, loved the touches like leaving recycling next to the bin and having an option for the room to not be cleaned during our stay. Excellent location within 10 minutes walking distance of Loch Lomond with all the facilities there including cruises, children's facilities, cafes, road train, variety of shops. Lovely outside seating area, perfect for our sunny weekend. Secure card entry to hotel rooms and overnight support if required.

There's a great restaurant at the ground floor very family and dog friendly, so all the rooms are upstairs without lift.
